With the advancement of the urban rail transit network,the contradiction between the rapidly growing passenger demand and the limited transport capacity supply is becoming increasingly prominent.How to allocate the limited transport capacity supply flexibly and efficiently,ensure the operation safety and improve the service level is a crucial problem of urban rail transit that needs to be paid attention to and urgently solved.Under the network operation condition,the optimization and adjustment of the train operation plan is a crucial method to improve transportation efficiency and alleviate passenger congestion.However,in the current operation management mode,there are some problems in the collaborative optimization and adjustment of the network train operation plan,such as difficulty in grasping the passenger flow demand accurately,challenges in matching the transport capacity supply and passenger flow demand accurately,challenging to coordinate the connection and optimization of network transport capacity,and difficult to guarantee the effect of network train operation adjustment,which significantly restricts the exertion of the overall transport efficiency of the network and the improvement of service level.Therefore,based on the matching relationship between passenger flow demand and transport capacity supply,it is necessary to deeply study the network train operation plan’s collaborative optimization and adjustment method to guide the configuration and utilization of network transport capacity supply.Based on the matching relationship between network passenger flow demand and transport capacity supply,this paper analyzes the interaction mechanism between train operation plan and network passenger distribution.Based on supply and demand matching,it puts forward the collaborative optimization and adjustment method of network train operation plan from the three levels of "line optimization-network optimization-network adjustment".The specific research work includes:1)The urban rail transit network’s supply and demand matching analysis method.This paper proposes the definition of supply and demand matching,analyzes the supply and demand matching relationship from the space-time dimension,and proposes two evaluation indexes of supply and demand matching rate and supply and demand matching degree.This paper clarifies the train operation plan optimization based on supply and demand matching,divides it into three levels: "line optimization-network optimization-network adjustment",and refines the critical problems of each level of optimization.2)The interaction mechanism between train operation plan and network passenger flow distribution.This paper analyzes the characteristics of passenger flow distribution imbalance,correlation and uncertainty in the urban rail transit network.It studies the interaction mechanism between train operation plan and network passenger flow distribution from two aspects: the influence of train operation plan on passenger travel process and network passenger flow distribution,and the influence of network passenger distribution change on the matching degree of train operation plan.It constructs a passenger flow simulation method based on dynamic interaction for urban rail transit networks.Take a metro network as an example;comparing and analyzing the changes in network passenger distribution characteristics and supply and demand matching degree under different scenarios.This paper reveals the interaction mechanism between train operation plan and network passenger flow distribution,which provides a basis for passenger flow demand for collaborative optimization and adjustment of network train operation plan.3)Line train operation plan optimization model and algorithm considering supply and demand matching.This paper analyzes the train operation constraints,passengers’ choice behaviour,vehicle bottom application,and turn back process under the large and small routing mode.To improve the supply and demand matching degree,it constructs the optimization model of the train operation plan considering the large and small routing and variable headway with the optimization goal.It proposes a mixed-integer linear programming algorithm based on objective decomposition.Take a metro line as an example to carry out case analysis,through the variable headway strategy and large and small routing plan,realize the flexible distribution of transport capacity supply from the dimensions of time and space,and improve the accurate matching between transport capacity and traffic volume.4)Network train operation plan collaborative optimization model and algorithm considering transfer connection.This paper analyzes the connection relationship between adjacent train lines at the transfer station based on the network passenger distribution relevance.In order to improve the supply and demand matching of the whole network,it proposes a combined optimization strategy of network train operation quantity and variable headway.It constructs a collaborative optimization model of network train operation plan.It designs a two-stage hybrid algorithm based on local search to optimize the number of trains running on each line and the network train timetable.Take a subway network as an example,and the case analysis is carried out.By adjusting the distribution of network transport capacity supply in the space-time dimension,the overall capacity matching degree of the network and the transport capacity coordination degree of transfer nodes are improved.5)Network train operation adjustment method to deal with abnormal changes in passenger demand.Based on the computer programming requirements of the train operation plan,the collaborative optimization and adjustment system of train operation plan in urban rail transit network is developed,including four functional modules: basic data design,simulation and deduction evaluation,train operation plan optimization and result output.Based on the system,this paper designs a phased rolling optimization method for network train operation adjustment to deal with the abnormal change in passenger flow.Combined with the passenger flow monitoring and prediction data in different periods,this paper introduces the strategy of additional train operation and standby,which can realize the functions of line train operation adjustment and network train operation adjustment.Take a subway network as an example.It verifies that the relevant systems and methods can be applied to the rapid adjustment of network train operation plans at the practical level to improve the effect of network train operation adjustment.The main innovations of this paper are as follows.1)Based on the interaction mechanism analysis method between train operation plan and network passenger distribution,this paper proposes a passenger flow simulation method for urban rail transit network based on dynamic interaction,which provides a more accurate basis for passenger flow demand for collaborative optimization and adjustment of network train operation plan.2)This paper constructs an optimization model of line train operation plan considering large and small routing and variable headway and proposes a mixedinteger linear programming algorithm based on objective decomposition to realize the synchronous optimization of train routing plan and train headway.3)This paper constructs a collaborative optimization model of network train operation plan considering the correlation of passenger flow and proposes a two-stage hybrid solution algorithm based on local search to realize the synchronous optimization of train operation quantity and train headway on each line of the network.4)This paper establishes an adjustment method for phased rolling optimization’s network train operation plan.It can quickly evaluate the change of network capacity matching degree and realize the real-time and dynamic calculation of the train operation adjustment plan.
