Research On Contemporary Strategic Structure

As a special form of human practice or practical phenomenon,strategy has a long history.In the long period between the official appearance of the term "strategy"in recorded historical documents and the Second World War,strategic practice was basically limited to the military and political field,until contemporary times,with the significant changes in production methods,social structure,and social division of labor,strategy has also expanded from its traditional application field to a broader field of human society,forming a "panoramic" strategic picture covering multiple dimensions,multiple fields,and multiple levels of society.In the process of expanding strategic practice,the strategic concept and its corresponding external form have also undergone changes,and the core factors that determine this change are mainly due to the changes in the strategic structure.Strategic structure is an inherent way of existence of strategy,which reflects the relationship model(space-time order)of the internal elements that accompany strategic phenomena,and stipulates strategy in terms of form and function.This paper takes the strategic structure as the research object and "structure" as the entry point.Starting from the overall and relational nature of the strategy,it understands and grasps the contemporary strategic structure and strategic development through the historical evolution process of the strategic structure,contemporary morphological performance,analysis of the causes of change,and internal reflection based on the strategic "meta-system".And on this basis,establish an overall overview of the contemporary strategic structure:From the perspective of overall evolution,the historical development of strategic structure is mainly divided into three stages.The first stage is the budding stage of strategy,which is manifested as a single-dimensional strategic structure with military as the core;the second stage is the deepening stage of strategy,which is manifested as a two-dimensional strategic structure of "military+politics" led by politics;the third stage is the strategic expansion period,which is manifested as a development-led"military+politics+other" multi-dimensional strategic structure,at this stage,the strategy has gradually realized its own conceptual reshaping,evolving from a special phenomenon in the military and political fields to a more common practical phenomenon in human society,that is,it has realized A generalization shift in strategy.From the contemporary form point of view,after a long and complex historical evolution,the changes in the strategic structure are mainly reflected in four aspects of the strategy:the presentation of a multi-dimensional and multi-level strategic system at the macro level,the adjustment of the center of gravity that unites security and development in terms of functional positioning,the parallel development of macro-integration and micro-diferentiation in the movement trend,and rich strategic value systems in the value orientation and the diversified strategic value choices.Among them,the first three aspects mainly involve the content of the strategic movement and law part,while the last aspect points to the value core of the strategy,and then form a basic understanding of contemporary strategy and its structure at the two levels of law and value.From the perspective of the causes of change,from the perspective of the strategic system,the change of strategic structure can be regarded as a dynamic development process in which "the strategy is subject to the constraints of the exteraal environment and internal interrelationships,and based on its own development needs,it makes fundamental adjustments and changes to its internal elements and their functional relationships." In this process,the main reasons for the change of the strategic structure come from two aspects.One is the role of the external environment of the strategy,and the other is the adjustment of the strategy itself.Together,the two determine the form of change and development trend of the strategic structure.Among them,the external environment corresponds to the sum of the external factors of the strategy,that is,the contemporary social environment composed of the four aspects of "the development of material production methods,the universalization of links,the systematization of society and the diversification of values";in the strategy itself,it refers to the adjustment and transformation of the strategic internal relationship model including strategic vision,strategic model,strategic mechanism,strategic advantage and strategic purpose.The reflection on the contemporary strategic structure is based on the above-mentioned understanding of its development profile and main content,and this kind of reflection is a kind of self-reflection that can be traced back to the strategy,that is,in the "meta-system" of the strategic structure,that is,the strategic macro-whole and the overall movement process to re-understand and grasp the strategic structure.Specifically,the reflection on contemporary strategic structure is mainly composed of four aspects,the first three of which are a rethinking of strategy,including:starting from the essence of strategy,the "strategy" that people think and act on in reality is not necessarily a real strategy;strategies that are regarded as the embodiment of high rationality and wisdom,and even in some fields are being gradually shaped into myths,may not always be rational.Strategic rationality is the dialectical unity of "rationality and irrationality,instrumental rationality and value rationality,ideal rationality and realistic rationality";as a special form of concept collection and action guidance for human development practice,the formation and establishment of strategies It also provides people with narratives for understanding the world and understanding others.As far as contemporary strategies are concerned,there are mainly two different forms of strategic narratives,namely "differences,conflicts and confrontations" and "tolerance,cooperation and win-win" as the narrative themes.The key lies in how people should choose.Finally,this article resets the focus of reflection to the strategic structure itself,thinking about and exploring the possibility of optimizing the strategic structure in the strategy from the perspective of the extension of the strategy,the reality and autonomy of the strategic structure,and regards the optimization of the strategic structure as an eternal unfinished goal to promote the civilized development of human strategic practice.Overall,the historical evolution and contemporary development of the strategic structure reflect the progress of human strategic practice to varying degrees,but the unstable and uncertain aspects of strategic reality cannot be ignored,because these aspects may take strategic practice in another diametrically opposite direction.In this regard,we should maintain strategic vigilance,and at the same time always believe in hope that through the improvement and optimization of the strategic structure,we will promote the development of human strategic practice in a more peaceful and positive direction.
