| The "Research on the innovation framework of China’s Intangible Cultural Heritage Industry in the context of new consumption",on the one hand stems from the continuous accumulation of China’s intangible cultural heritage protection experience,development philosophy,market practice and relevant theoretical achievements,and the intangible cultural heritage industry formed on this basis has increasingly developed from full of controversy to vigorous development,which has become an important symbol of opening a new era and new stage of Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and development,Become an important driving force for the development of China’s new economy;on the other hand,it stems from the objective need for the Intangible Cultural Heritage industry to become a more and more cutting-edge and popular research topic,which is in urgent need of theoretical construction and practical guidance.This paper argues that the rise of China’s intangible cultural heritage industry at present is not only an important manifestation of the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage entering a new stage,but also an inevitable product of the development of the times.Therefore,the development of intangible cultural heritage industry cannot be studied separately and unilaterally,but must be discussed under the background of the development of the times.2019 is known as the first year of new consumption.In the rise of the concept of "new consumption" and the continuous formation of its development pattern,the role of consumption as an effective mechanism to promote the dissemination and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage continues to highlight,especially based on the development of science and technology and the improvement of new infrastructure construction,the new forms and new formats of intangible cultural heritage consumption are increasingly innovative,diverse and rich.Therefore,based on the important background of the development of intangible cultural heritage industry "new consumption",combined with the relevant theories of intangible cultural heritage,economics,industry and other theories,this paper carries out a systematic research on the macro level around "China’s intangible cultural heritage industry innovation framework".The important premise of this paper is to explore the industrial innovation of intangible cultural heritage,which is not to support the comprehensive industrialization of intangible cultural heritage,but to emphasize the innovation of intangible cultural heritage resources that can and are suitable for entering the industrial field on the basis of protection and inheritance.The basic logic of this paper is to sort out the historical evolution of the development of China’s intangible cultural heritage industry,clarify the historical stages and current industrial stages of the development of China’s intangible cultural heritage industry,and summarize the basic characteristics of China’s intangible cultural heritage industry;Combined with the intangible cultural heritage market and industry frontier reports,data information,policy information,etc.,this paper analyzes the basic situation(basic status,industrial organization and system)of the development of China’s intangible cultural heritage industry under the background of new consumption,trying to comprehensively and clearly present the current development of China’s intangible cultural heritage industry;Focus on the bottleneck of the development of China’s intangible cultural heritage industry,and summarize the development problems of China’s intangible cultural heritage industry that are prominent at multiple levels and are always difficult to solve under the background of new consumption;Following the development frontier,from the perspective of revealing the innovation mechanism of intangible cultural heritage industry,select more bright and representative cases to carry out key analysis,and draw some innovative enlightenment;Based on the systematic analysis of the development history,situation,problems and cases of China’s intangible cultural heritage industry,this paper attempts to construct the "innovation framework of China’s Intangible Cultural Heritage Industry in the context of new consumption",mainly including the strategic engine,main orientation,core concept,strategic layout and key path of China’s intangible cultural heritage industry innovation,make efforts to put forward some policy suggestions for the innovation of China’s intangible cultural heritage industry in the context of new consumption,with a view to promoting the healthy development of China’s intangible cultural heritage and its industry in the new stage. |
