We are the great family of nationalities which have the rich intangible cultural heritage.The industrial intangible cultural heritage are rising When the intangible cultural heritage and intellectual property ale international,we should be draw up the law to safeguard the interests of the state The intangible cultural heritage can be industrial and have the sustainable development if we have the legislation In this process,we should pay attention the econolnic growth with the legislation about the industrial intangible cultural heritage.At the same time,we should make laws about the industrial intangible cultural heritage to promote economic prosperity.In this paper,we are researching it with four aspects First,set forth the background,the meaning and the purpose on this question.
