| The process of social transformation and construction in the western Fujian Soviet Area is an important beginning for the CPC to independently lead the Chinese revolution.Although it lasted only six years,it is regarded as a bridge in the CPC’s development in the past hundred years and it laid a solid practical foundation for realizing CPC’s social ideal.The Soviet movement in Western Fujian underwent major changes including publicity in that its internal publicity gradually went public,aims in that its building an urban Soviet shifted to an rural one,and the governing class that a Soviet of worker and peasant transferred into a Soviet of people.At the same time,CPC united and led people in western Fujian to gradually establish and explore the Chinese revolutionary road featuring armed struggle,agrarian revolution and base area construction,and to realize the thorough reform of the Soviet society.On the eve of social transformation,though,western Fujian was facing a systematic social crisis,the positive factors embedded were conducive to CPC’s carrying out the revolution to the end.CPC united and led people in the western Fujian Soviet Area to seize power through armed struggle,to consolidate power through Soviet organizations,to form political mutual trust through the social construction,and to safeguard democracy through power,making the awakened people in western Fujian the main force in the social transformation.Economically,the transfer of land ownership rights,the development of Communist Saturdays Duty Labor and Mutual Assistance and Cooperative Movement in the western Fujian Soviet Area,together guided industrial and commercial capital to better serve the social construction,and achieved a revolutionary change in the mode of social production.Politically,the organically embedded Soviet power,the application of class analysis method,and the promotion of democratic election,constantly shaped an image of people for Soviet regime and also made the image of CPC filter into people’s mind;Culturally,the spread of revolutionary knowledge to the countryside led to an integration between the power of the Marxist truth and the excellent traditional culture of Hakka in western Fujian,hence consolidating the leadership of proletarian ideology.The thoroughness and comprehensiveness of the social transformation and construction in western Fujian realized the profundity of the transformation of the social life in the western Fujian Soviet Area: people’s sports and daily entertainment were no longer restricted to traditions and even transcended,and the festivals were endowed with revolutionary new meanings to further cultivate the spirit of collectivism;The relationship between blood,work-related,geography and marriage were revolutionized.Education,as a public product,was open to the public free of charge.Health and epidemic prevention and armed struggle interacted in an orderly manner.Women’s and children’s rights were legally protected.Due to the limited strategic resources in western Fujian,the extreme pressure from Kuomintang,the dogmatic implementation of the Left deviation line,the western Fujian Soviet Area suffered from serious setbacks in Chiang’s fifth encirclement campaign and the social transformation and construction were forced to stop.CPC has been constantly summing up experience and lessons from the past.The Soviet movement did not end,and it still demonstrated the social ideal of the Chinese Communists in a new form.The revolutionary road of Encircling the Cities from the Rural Aears has endowed Marxism with the quality of Chinese practice.The work style of keeping close contact with the masses still plays an important role in the success of CPC.The ideological and political building of the Party and the military has forged the military spirit of the people’s army.The women’s liberation movement has organically integrated into the national liberation movement and the social liberation movement.Popularizing proletarian education has enabled the revolution to succeed.To always create first-class work is conducive to shaping the image of the people for the regime.The pioneering work of social transformation and construction in the western Fujian Soviet Area not only helps CPC to reach consensus within the Party again in the revolutionary crisis,but also provides theoretical and practical preparation for promoting the development of China’s revolution and construction;At the same time,it will also help CPC to better learn from the historical experience of the transformation and construction of the western Fujian Soviet Area in the strategic overall situation of the unprecedented changes in a century and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and better practice the original aspiration and mission of the Chinese Communists!... |
