Research On Ecological Niche Construction And Evaluation Of China’s Pension Industry

The National Medium-term and Long-Term Plan to Cope With the Population Aging Actively upgrades coping with the population aging as a major national strategy.The key problem to be solved is how to meet the demands for the old-age and realize the integration of high-quality economic development.So developing the pension industry is the inevitable choice for the country and various social subjects.Due to the poor foundation,late start,inaccurate strategic focus,unclear path and unformed strategic system,the ecosystem of China’s pension industry is not perfect.The logic of resource distribution and allocation among various industries do not conform to the law of industrial development.As a result,on the one hand,the pension demand has not been fully released and transformed into the market demand.On the other hand,the overall pension supply presents a low level of internalization and lacks of the motivation for sustainable development.Therefore,it is not optimistic to develop the quality and speed of the pension industry.The incomplete development of the pension industry also shows the lack of comprehensive and accurate data and information,which affects the research and decision-making.The niche method,first used in the study of ecological environment system,is applicable to the study of the systems with fuzzy boundary and diverse species behaviors from a global perspective.It provides a scientific and practical tool for the study of China’s pension industry.Taken the pension industry as the ecosystem,Pension industry niche is the resource occupation status and dynamics formed in the evolution process of the population in various industries.By evaluating the pension industry niche,accurately grasping the behavior track and interaction relationship and development law of the population in various industries,it is of positive significance to enrich the research methods of management science and engineering,as well as to improve the ecological environment of China’s pension industry and precisely implement the optimization path and development strategy.The paper aims to promote the coordinated and healthy development of the pension industry.Based on homogeneity and internal logical consistency system,we set up industry-ecological system,industry-population,practitioners-biological individual corresponding relation.With built the endowment enterprise database in our country,the paper studies some points,such as ecological niche mechanism,evolution and evaluation.Then the system ideas and countermeasures are put forward in terms of optimum path of pension industry and development strategy.Specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,identify ideas for the research on the pension industry.With summarized systematically and carding the foreign and domestic research results,the paper analyzes the particularity of the pension demand content and the supply object.It defines the concept of the pension industry based on the characteristics of supply and demand.Through the national enterprise credit information inquiry system,we capture the information of registered enterprises related to the elderly,and determine the industry classification and provincial distribution of the pension industry.Secondly,analyse niche mechanism of the pension industry.It makes an analysis of the general elements,characteristics,rules and special compositions that the pension industry has as an industrial ecosystem.It summarizes its operation mechanism,and clarifies the resource dimensions of the pension industry niche.It summarizes the internal and external driving factors of the niche construction of the pension industry,and makes mathematical expression of the niche construction behavior and process under the ideal state,and analyzes the internal laws.From the observation channels of the real and the basic niche,the breadth,overlap and situation are the main representations of its from seven aspects,which takes the country as the main body and the construction of niche selection pressure as the target,and puts forward the development countermeasures and suggestions from six aspects,which takes the enterprises as the main body and adapts to the niche selection pressure as the target.
