A Study On The Group Of Workers’ Movement Leaders From Hunan Province In The Early Period Of The CPC

The Communist Party of China emerged at the historic moment in the close integration of Marxism-Leninism with the Chinese Workers’ movement,which became the main focus of organizations at all levels,from the central to the local level,in the early days of the Party’s founding.With the development and expansion of the working class,the promotion of the historical trend of saving the nation and the wide spread of Marxism,a large number of outstanding leaders of the labor movement emerged in Hunan.Most of them have the belief of communism and actively join the Communist Party of China,through the social ties of kinship,industry,education,geography and so on,they unite into a group,which occupies an important position in the history of Chinese industry and transportation and the history of the Communist Party of China.It is of great academic value and practical significance to study the leaders of the early Hunan Workers’ movement from a group perspective for deepening the study of party history figures,inheriting and carrying forward the great spirit of the founding of the Party.The group of Workers’ movement Leaders from Hunan province in the Early Period of the Communist Party of China,which number reached 135,and the geographical distribution of their native places showed the characteristics of radiating from the provincial capital to the surrounding counties.According to the size of their role and influence in the industry,this group can be divided into three categories:national influential Workers’ movement leaders(20),regional influential Workers’ movement leaders(51)and local influential Workers’ movement leaders(64).Among them,the higher the degree,the higher the position,more become political figures,engaged in Communist Party of China had a deep understanding of the working class and trade union organization.They realized that the Chinese working class,which is revolutionary and the class foundation of the Communist Party of China,should hold the leadership of the revolution,and that the peasants are the working class’ s strongest and most reliable allies,they advocated the unity of the working class,advocated the establishment of labor union organization,strengthened the power of trade unions by means of industrial alliance,attached importance to the construction of grassroots organizations the Communist Party of China were good at carrying out extensive Publicity and education for workers by establishing workers’ newspapers,opening cultural books clubs,holding commemorative activities,and setting up remedial schools in combination with the characteristics and environment of the Chinese working class.On the one hand,they spread Marxist views and news of the struggles of workers in different places to the working class,analyze and discussed practical problems using Marxist theory,fight against workers revolutionary rhetoric,maintain workers,summarize experience and lessons,on the other hand,Marxist theory is integrated into the process of teaching workers literacy,long knowledge,learning skills,and understanding,which promotes the awakening of workers.The group union organization.They made significant contributions to the establishment of the Secretary’s Department of the China Trade Union,the general organ of the National Workers’ movement under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and its local branches.Deng Zhongxia was director of the headquarters,Li Qihan and Li Zhongdeng were important leader in the headquarters,Mao Zedong was the founder of the Hunan branch,Luo Zhanglong and He Mengxiong served as the leadership and organization of the Northern Division.They attached great importance to the establishment of local labor union organization,and established large scale labor union organization in all parts of the North,Shanghai and Hunan,and actively recruited Party members and established Party organizations among the
