A Study On Culture Inheritance Of Domestic Unversity Traditional Ethnic Sports Training Bases

With the transformation of the society,the ethnic traditional sports culture is facing the danger of the faultage。Since 2002,the State Ethnic Affairs Commission,the Ministry of education and the National Sports Bureau have jointly named 195 ethnic traditional sports training bases including 44 ones in universities for the inheritance of ethnic traditional sports culture and foresting the athletic talents with other relevant administrative departments.。The bases for the universities have experienced several periods of setting up and transition stages,following the developmental rules of system construction and implements construction as will as the laws of,therefore,the 。 However,the programming and the organization styles of the development of sports bases as well as the evaluation and guarantee systems are not matched with the,of the cultural heritage.。In order to responding to the appeal of strengthening the cultural heritage that the Party Central Committee has strongly mentioned,and also for the sake of solving the problems that the continuity and mutation of culture have brought,this paper conducts an in-depth study through several research methods such as historical research,sending out questionnaire surveys,expert Delphi method,field investigation and mathematical statistics as well as using the theory of communication.This paper discusses the structural factors of the colleges training bases for the ethnic traditional sports,and the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Our training bases for the development of ethnic traditional sports in colleges and universities has experienced a very difficult period of exploration and setting up the key projects for competitions as well as the hard times of transformation to popularizing the traditional sports culture,but the latter is the inevitable choice of historical development.(2)Cultural heritage is the basic function for the training bases of the ethnic traditional sports in colleges and universities in China.The inheritance of the ethnic traditional sports culture has the features of multilevel,multi-forms,multi-directions,and education is an important mechanism of implementing the inheritance of traditional culture in universities and colleges.(3)From the perspective of cultural heritage,the traditional ethnic sports training base of the university includes several elements,such as the idea of the target,the content of the inheritance,the team and the way of transmission.The sporting bases should establish the overall goal of presenting regional characteristics,keeping ahead in domestic position and being famous over the world.Besides,the content of the inheritance of traditional sports culture should be based on cultural heritage value as the core.The teachers of bases should be highlighted the identity of passing the spirit of traditional sports for the teachers’ understanding and knowledge of traditional sports will directly influence the effects of inheritance.The ideal of ‘giving priority of the inheriting the meaning of intention’is the direction of the modes of inheritance,and the construction of harmonious social relations is the key of the style of inheritance.(4)The national base of Chinese traditional sports culture heritage by the effect of policy implementation effect,the level of protection,Cultural Heritage Inheritance condition ability index;base affected tissue types showed homogeneity,interlayer heterogeneity and homogeneity of the base layer;cultural inheritance effect exists in two level colleges and department level individual information and culture;inheritance,inheritance of direct and indirect effects of inheritance effect;(5)Our training base for the development of ethnic traditional sports in Colleges and universities should take the culture as the core goal of the development of the base,creating the body to combine the teaching content,build the culture and technology of both teachers,closely around the cultural heritage to optimize the allocation of resources,promote the construction of the cultural heritage of the three linkage mechanism,optimize the operation mechanism of colleges and universities to promote cooperative development of bases。...
