Research On The Intergration Of Excellent Traditional Family Instructions Into The Ideological And Moral Education Of College Students In The New Era

The excellent traditional Chinese family instructions are the admonitions and teachings of countless Chinese families and clans,which have been handed down from generation to generation through concrete practice and creation,and are the fundamental embodiment of the traditional moral code of the Chinese nation,as the ancestors have given good guidance to their children and grandchildren in establishing themselves in the world.It contains a wealth of ethical and moral ideas,including the ways of cultivating one’s moral character through prudence and self-reflection,of cultivating one’s moral character through filial piety and love for one’s relatives and brotherhood,of cultivating one’s family through diligence and frugality,of cultivating one’s trust and justice,of treating one’s neighbours well and benefiting one’s village,of serving one’s country with loyalty and integrity,and of governing one’s country with integrity.The Confucian culture and its moral values have played an important role in nurturing talents for social governance,maintaining the longevity of the family,stabilising the ruling order of society and passing on Confucianism.The ideological and moral education for university students is a soul-casting and nurturing project that focuses on cultivating the ideological and moral character of university students,cultivating their values,shaping their perfect personalities and guiding their all-round development.In the context of the new era,strengthening the cultivation of people through culture and literature and improving the quality of cultural education are still the key measures and important means for the ideological and moral education of college students in the new era.In the current situation where the ideological and moral quality of university students needs to be improved,the value of traditional Chinese family traditions can provide effective nourishment for the learning aspirations,self-reliance,social responsibility and good interpersonal relationships of university students in the new era.In addition,the ideology,values,moral codes,educational philosophy and humanistic spirit contained in the excellent traditional family motto can expand the horizons,enrich the contents,enrich the carriers and enhance the effects of moral education for new generations of university students.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to integrate the excellent traditional family motto into the ideological and moral education of college students in the new era.As the integration of culture is influenced by multiple factors,from the current reality,the integration of excellent traditional family traditions into the ideological and moral education of college students in the new era still faces a series of difficulties,mainly manifested in the weak performance of the ideological awareness of integration,the lack of synergy in the process of integration,the lack of effective targeting of the content of integration and the neglect of effective innovation in the way of integration.This not only affects the effect of integrating excellent traditional family traditions into the ideological and moral education of college students in the new era,but also restricts the advancement of the process of integrating excellent traditional family traditions into the ideological and moral education of college students in the new era.The reasons for the problems in the integration of traditional family traditions into the moral education of college students in the new era can be summarised into three aspects:the impact of traditional family traditions in modern heritage,the separation of traditional family traditions from the context of college students’ moral education,and the lack of a proper management system for the implementation of traditional culture education in colleges and universities.In order to effectively realize the integration of the excellent Chinese traditional family traditions into the moral education of college students in the new era,this paper tries to explore a possible path of integration based on the existing research results.Principles,as the basic laws to be followed in practical activities,are to be established before constructing the integration path.Based on this,this paper proposes that the integration of excellent traditional family traditions into the moral education of college students in the new era should follow the basic principles of combining politics and culture,inheritance and innovation,theory and practice,and dominance and subjectivity.Based on this premise,this paper divides the basic ways of integrating excellent traditional family motto into the ideological and moral education of college students in the new era into the methods of theoretical inculcation,inspiration and guidance,transformation and innovation,and comprehensive penetration.In the process of promoting the integration of excellent traditional family traditions into the ideological and moral education of college students in the new era,the integration effect can be enhanced through the use of various learning methods that are easily accepted by college students in the new era,such as curriculum carrier,environment carrier,media carrier and practice carrier.On this basis,this paper attempts to build a set of cultural integration operation guarantee mechanism involving organizational leadership,moral education,motivation guarantee and assessment and evaluation,in order to provide suggestions for further promoting the effective integration of excellent traditional family training into the ideological and moral education of college students in the new era.
