Internet Use,Green Total Factor Productivity And High-Quality Development Of Regional Economy In China

Since the emergence of the Internet,Internet technology is constantly penetrating into all aspects of economy,society and life.China,which is in the middle and late stage of industrialization,has entered a new normal of slowing down economic growth,optimizing structure and transforming kinetic energy.The development of Internet has also been given the role of new kinetic energy of economic growth.In China,on the one hand,the Internet economy is highly prosperous,and Internet mode innovation is emerging in endlessly.High speed rail,code scanning payment,bike sharing and online shopping are known as the "four new inventions";on the other hand,the total factor productivity of all walks of life is slowing down.Why does the Internet and TFP deviate from each other? It is urgent to clarify the internal mechanism between the two,which has important theoretical value and practical significance to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy in the new era.With the strong promotion of the supply side structural reform,China’s economy has shifted from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development;however,compared with the ordinary total factor productivity,the role of green total factor productivity including environmental constraints has become increasingly prominent,and improving the green total factor productivity has become the key to promoting high-quality development.Under the realistic background of the urgent need to change the economic development mode and promote high-quality economic development,to realize the deep integration of the supply side structural reform and the coordinated development of regional economy,Internet use,green total factor productivity and high-quality economic development are not isolated islands,but complement each other.It is urgent to clarify the relationship among the three,in order to improve the regional economic development High quality development finds new empirical evidence.Studying the relevant literature of Internet use,green total factor productivity and highquality economic development has laid a theoretical and practical foundation for the selection of research perspective and the determination of research ideas,but the past research still has a certain degree of mining space.On the one hand,previous scholars mainly focused on the study of Internet use,green total factor productivity and high-quality economic development from a single perspective,while the research on the relationship between Internet and total factor productivity mainly focused on the test of "Soro paradox",lacking the test of the relationship between Internet use and green total factor productivity;on the other hand,it has not been found that scholars take "mutual benefit" as the core The relationship among "Internet use green total factor productivity high quality development of regional economy" is analyzed theoretically and empirically.Considering the shortcomings of previous studies,this study intends to solve three key problems.The first is to build a theoretical analysis framework of "Internet use green total factor productivity high-quality development of regional economy";analyze the mechanism of Internet use affecting green total factor productivity;analyze the mechanism of Internet use affecting high-quality development of regional economy;analyze the mechanism of green total factor productivity in the process of Internet use affecting high-quality development of regional economy.The second is to clarify the measurement logic of the highquality development of China’s regional economy,build a high-quality development index system,measure the high-quality development level of China’s regional economy,and analyze its spatial correlation,space-time transition,regional gap,dynamic evolution,path transfer and space-time convergence.The third is to measure the impact of Internet use on green total factor productivity,the impact of Internet use on high-quality economic development,and the mediating and moderating effects of green total factor productivity in the process of Internet use promoting high-quality economic development.According to the above analysis,the research idea of this paper is carried out according to the following content.First of all,this paper analyzes the origin of the research(research background,research significance),makes a detailed review of the previous literature,and accordingly puts forward the specific research ideas,research content,research methods and technical routes used in this paper,and puts forward the innovation of this paper.Secondly,this paper sorts out the relevant theories used in this paper--network economy theory,economic sustainable development theory and new development concept,defines the core concepts of this paper--Internet use,green total factor productivity and high-quality economic development,analyzes the differences between high-quality economic development and the quality of economic development,and builds the "Internet use" model on this basis-This paper analyzes the impact mechanism of Internet use on green total factor productivity,the impact mechanism of Internet use on high-quality economic development,and the mediating and regulating effects of green total factor productivity in the process of Internet use promoting high-quality economic development It’s a hypothesis.Thirdly,it constructs the index system of China’s economic high-quality development,evaluates the level of China’s economic highquality development by using AHP and entropy analysis,and constructs the comprehensive index of China’s economic high-quality development level by using spatial correlation test,spatial visualization,dagum Gini coefficient,kernel density estimation,Markov model and spatial correlation analysis Markov model and various spatial convergence models are used to analyze the spatial correlation,temporal and spatial transition,regional gap,dynamic evolution,path transfer,steady-state test and spatial convergence of China’s high-quality economic development.Thirdly,we use multiple panel model to empirically test the impact of Internet use on green total factor productivity,empirically test the impact of Internet use on high-quality economic development,and empirically test the mediating and moderating effects of green total factor productivity in the process of Internet use promoting high-quality economic development.Finally,according to the empirical test,the following empirical results are obtained: first,the high-quality development level of China’s regional economy presents a rising trend,the regional differences are large,the spatial correlation weakens in the fluctuation,and it has more obvious characteristics of spatial agglomeration and low liquidity;the gap of China’s overall high-quality development is relatively small,the gap within the region is narrowing,and the gap between groups is more obvious Second,the high-quality development level of China’s provinces is highly related to spatial factors,and the change of its own high-quality development level is highly related to the type of high-quality development level of its neighboring provinces There is no σ convergence in China’s overall high-quality development level and within the "three zones";there are absolute β convergence and conditional βconvergence in China’s regional economic high-quality development;there is club convergence in China’s economic high-quality development.Second,the development of China’s Internet does not show the phenomenon of "Soro paradox".The impact of Internet use on green total factor productivity shows obvious heterogeneity.Based on a series of endogenous tests and robustness tests,this conclusion is still valid.At the same time,the impact of Internet use on green total factor productivity shows network characteristics,and there are some differences Threshold effect.Third,Internet use has significantly promoted innovation development,coordinated development,green development,open development,shared development and overall high-quality development,but there are heterogeneity characteristics.Based on a series of endogenous tests and robustness tests,this conclusion is still valid.At the same time,the impact of Internet use on high-quality economic development presents network characteristics,and there is a certain difference The threshold effect of setting.Fourth,green total factor productivity is one of the mediating variables of Internet use promoting high-quality economic development,and with the improvement of its own level,it has a reverse regulatory effect in the process of Internet use promoting high-quality economic development.On the basis of a series of robustness tests,the above conclusion is still valid.According to the empirical results,this paper puts forward policy suggestions to promote the high-quality development of
