Study On The Synergistic Effect Of Yunnan Ethnic Cultural Tourism Complex

With the sustained and rapid development of domestic tourism,expanding market scale and deepening development of regional economy,a new tourism comprehensive development model-tourism complex has emerged.The emergence of tourism complexes reflects the needs of changing residents’ consumption patterns,updating urban and rural development patterns and upgrading real estate development patterns.The ethnic cultural tourism complex is a special form of tourism complex,which takes the local ethnic culture and local knowledge as its main characteristics,creates the core attraction with the local national cultural characteristics as its theme,constructs the community with ethnic cultural heritage and atmosphere as the environmental carrier of tourism and leisure and the life center of community residents,and carries out innovative transformation and development of the local ethnic culture from the perspective of modernization and international expansion without affecting its original core,so as to meet the tourists’ needs for different ethnic cultural experiences.Whether the ethnic cultural tourism complex can develop sustainably,and whether it can enhance the regional comprehensive benefits is of great significance for correctly recognizing and judging the rational development of the ethnic cultural tourism complex and guiding the capital to invest rationally in the ethnic cultural tourism complex.Because of the particularity of Yunnan’s location,the diversity and heterogeneity of ethnic cultural resources and the national "the belt and road" initiative,the research on the synergistic effect of Yunnan’s ethnic cultural tourism complex is more meaningful and valuable.This paper takes the ethnic cultural tourism complex as the research object,focuses on the realization process and evaluation results of the synergistic effect of the ethnic cultural tourism complex,and takes Gaozhuang Xishuangjing in Xishuangbanna,Yunnan Province as a case for empirical research.The main contents include: the definition of core concepts and the presentation of Research problems;Construction of the research framework of the synergistic effect of ethnic cultural tourism complex;Construction of evaluation system of synergistic effect of ethnic cultural tourism complex;An empirical study on the synergistic effect of Gaozhuang Xishuangjing and the countermeasures to improve the effect;Strategies for benign and coordinated development of ethnic cultural tourism complex;Conclusion and prospect.Firstly,according to the research background,this paper puts forward the research problem,defines the concepts of "ethnic cultural tourism complex" and "synergistic effect of ethnic cultural tourism complex" based on literature review,and clarifies the research purpose and significance.Then,based on the synergistic theory,system theory and industrial agglomeration theory,the research framework of synergistic effect of ethnic cultural tourism complex is constructed,including seven key elements: synergistic environment,synergistic dynamic factors,synergistic subsystem,synergistic effect realization mode,synergistic effect evaluation,multiple synergistic subjects,and synergistic strategies.At the same time,based on the previous research results on the impact effect of tourism development,focusing on the characteristics of ethnic cultural tourism complexes,combined with expert opinions and stakeholder interviews,an evaluation system of the synergistic effect of ethnic cultural tourism complexes is constructed,including four dimensions of economic effect,social and political effect,cultural effect and ecological environment effect and a total of 39 indicators.Furthermore,a typical case of Yunnan ethnic cultural tourism complex,Gaozhuang Xishuangjing in Xishuangbanna,is selected for empirical research,and the research conclusions are drawn by combining qualitative and quantitative methods:(1)The synergistic effect of Gaozhuang Xishuangjing ethnic cultural tourism complex is good;(2)The synergistic effect of ethnic cultural tourism complex is different in each evaluation dimension;(3)The realization degree of synergistic effect of each dimension of ethnic cultural tourism complex is different;Then,according to the problems existing in the process of realizing the synergistic effect of Gaozhuang Xishuangjing Tourism Complex,this paper puts forward the synergistic countermeasures.Finally,according to the successful experience and shortcomings in the process of realizing the synergistic effect of Gaozhuang Xishuangjing ethnic cultural tourism complex,this paper puts forward the benign synergistic development strategies of the ethnic cultural tourism complex from three aspects: planning and design,development and construction,operation and management.The research of this paper has the following innovations: First,the innovation of the research object.Based on the previous research,this paper defines the concept connotation of ethnic cultural tourism complex for the first time,and provides a reference for the classification of tourism complex.For areas with rich cultural resources of ethnic minorities,the definition of the concept of ethnic cultural tourism complex can make the development orientation of these regional complexes clearer,the ethnic cultural characteristics more obvious,and the core competitive advantages more prominent.It is beneficial to expand and deepen the research field of synergistic theory to study the synergistic effect of ethnic cultural tourism complex,a specific type of research object.Second,the innovation of research framework.In this paper,a research framework of synergistic effect of ethnic cultural tourism complex with seven elements and an evaluation system of synergistic effect with four dimensions and 39 indicators are constructed,which provides feasible ideas and methods for the research of synergistic effect of ethnic cultural tourism complex.Applying the theoretical framework to a specific case,Gaozhuang Xishuangjing,and organically combining qualitative research methods with quantitative research methods,makes up for the deficiency of relevant theoretical and empirical research methods,and also makes the research of this paper have better theoretical significance and practical value.
