As the management mode of modern enterprises,Lean implementation brings advanced management ideas and production processes to enterprises,but the success rate of Lean implementation in China is less than 30%.Lean implementation is inseparable from the understanding and learning of lean tools.The process using Lean tools for production is essentially the process of creating and flowing Lean knowledge.Strictly speaking,these belong to the scope of knowledge management,the solution path often points to knowledge and knowledge automation.It has become the focus of academic and business circles to improve the effect of Lean implementation through effective knowledge management.In this context,in order to explore the role of knowledge management in promoting Lean implementation,this dissertation revolves around the basic research proposition of "Lean implementation-knowledge management-decision making" and conducts from the following four aspects:First,this dissertation constructs a two-level gray correlation-fuzzy evaluation model of Lean implementation level from the perspective of knowledge management,and analyzes the relationship between knowledge management and Lean implementation.It was found that knowledge management can promote the level of Lean implementation and provide a realistic basis for Lean implementation enterprises to make Lean implementation decisions.Second,this dissertation introduces knowledge management into the Lean implementation and analyzes the influence mechanism of Knowledge management in the Lean implementation from three levels of knowledge management structure,knowledge management process and knowledge management objectives.The research proposes the "pyramid" model of the Knowledge management influence mechanism in the Lean implementation,expands the theoretical research scope of Lean implementation and effectively guides the activities development of Knowledge management in the process of Lean implementation.Then,from the perspective of knowledge management,this dissertation builds a theoretical framework of Lean implementation that affects lean performance.It builds a logical research framework for Lean implementation,Knowledge management,and lean performance.On the other hand,the key regulating variable of advanced intelligent decision-making technology was introduced to test its regulating effect on Lean implementation.Finally,this dissertation proposes a hybrid multi-agent method for the decision-making stage of lean tool selection and establishes lean tool knowledge base based on expert experience knowledge and expert behavior examples respectively,to improve the decision-making efficiency of lean tool selection.All in all,this dissertation finds out the hot issues in the field of lean production research,demonstrates the relationship between Lean implementation and Knowledge management,puts forward to the impact and the improvement measures,and expands the existing knowledge system in Lean implementation.The research has a certain theoretical frontier exploratory and practical problems pertinence.
