homesteads are important means of production.Under the background of the new era and new stage,farmers’ demand for a better life continues to increase,but there is still a low contribution rate of my country’s agriculture to the economy,and it is difficult to break through the limitations of traditional agricultural development ideas.The fragmentation of rural land is serious and the efficiency of land use Low-level issues.Increasing the degree of market-oriented allocation of rural land elements is an effective means to activate rural sleeping resources,and it is also the core driving force for the overall realization of rural revitalization.Establishing a sound market-oriented allocation mechanism of rural land elements that is compatible with the level of economic and social analysis.As a means,comprehensive use of public management,regional economics,game theory,econometrics and other disciplines and research methods for research and analysis.First,through literature analysis,based on combing the existing literature,the research framework of this article is proposed,and the research hypothesis is set;then,qualitative analysis and rigorous quantitative analysis are used as tools to clarify the current situation of rural land element allocation in China to investigate Based on research and statistical data,establish a system for measuring the degree of market allocation of rural land elements,measure and analyze the degree of market allocation of rural land elements in China from 2010 to 2019;then,explore the supply and demand mechanism of market allocation of rural land elements,Competition mechanism,benefit distribution mechanism,and supporting mechanism,the four major influence mechanisms,from a qualitative point of view to examine the effect of the influence mechanism of rural land element market allocation,from the academic point of view,use static and dynamic regression models to further explore rural land elements The supply and demand mechanism,competition mechanism,benefit distribution mechanism and supporting mechanism of market-oriented allocation affect the effect of market-oriented allocation of rural land elements;finally,summarize the main conclusions and innovations,and propose to improve the degree and efficiency of market-oriented allocation of rural land elements in China The policy support system rural land policies,rural land elements are gradually guided to the direction of standardization and large-scale development.However,under the current system conditions,the degree of market-based allocation of rural land elements in my country is relatively low,the supply and demand of land elements are misplaced,the market competition of land elements is distorted,the value-added benefits of land elements are difficult to achieve fairness and sharing,and the market-based allocation mechanism is not sound.With the weakening of the government’s direct intervention in the market,the fundamental and decisive role of the market has been brought into play.Therefore,the improvement of the market-oriented allocation of rural land elements and its efficiency should be the main direction of rural land reform.Second,although the degree of market-based allocation of rural land elements in my country has been increasing year by year,the current market-based allocation of rural land elements is still not high,the allocation efficiency is low,and the gap between regions is relatively obvious.In areas with a high degree of marketization,the higher the degree of market-oriented allocation of rural land elements,the market-oriented reform process is accompanied by the market-oriented reform of rural land elements.From the perspective of the whole country and different agricultural land market,rural collective construction land market,land acquisition market and rural land invisible circulation market.Different from the existing research methods of measuring the degree of market allocation of rural land elements from the agricultural land market,rural collective construction land market or land acquisition market,most of the existing literatures are independent research on a specific trading market.This paper measures the degree of market allocation of rural land elements in a wider range,which is innovative in the research scope.2.The measurement system of market-oriented allocation degree of rural land elements is constructed exploratively.In this paper,by constructing an index system for measuring the degree of market-oriented allocation of rural land elements,four methods for measuring the degree of market-oriented allocation of rural land elements are applied to measure the degree of market-oriented allocation of rural land elements from four aspects: commercialization level(FCD),market development level(DSD),sound market operation mechanism(OMD),farmers’ adaptation to market and government regulation and control(FAGED).Different from the existing research from the results of marketization,the behavior and connotation of marketization allocation and external environmental factors,it is often compounded with a single index or a few indicators,and most of them are independent research aiming at a certain type of characteristics.This paper fully considers the characteristics of market operation,market subjects and market participants,and explores the temporal and spatial characteristics of the degree of market-oriented allocation of rural land elements in China,which is a useful supplement to the existing research.3.The mechanism and effect of the market-oriented allocation of rural land elements are analyzed from the academic point of view.This paper probes into the mechanism of supply and demand,competition,benefit distribution and supporting mechanism of market-oriented allocation of rural land elements.On this basis,it verifies the effects of supply and demand,competition,benefit distribution and supporting mechanism on the degree of market-oriented allocation of rural land elements from a theoretical point of view.The internal relations between supply and demand mechanism,competition mechanism,benefit distribution mechanism and supporting mechanism and the degree of market-oriented allocation of rural land elements were confirmed,and the driving effect of influencing mechanism on the degree of market-oriented allocation of rural land elements,the regional heterogeneity of influencing effect,the self-reinforcing effect of market-oriented allocation and the threshold effect of promoting effect of influencing mechanism were explored.It makes up the blank of theoretical research on the mechanism of market-oriented allocation in existing research,and provides theoretical and empirical basis for the reform of market-oriented allocation of rural land elements.
