| The tourism development of mine relics can not only realize the replacement of the landscape and ecological reconstruction of the mining area,but also drive the economic development of the mining area,provide employment opportunities,and ultimately realize the improvement of the comprehensive benefits of ecology,economy and society.However,at present,China’s National Mine Parks have not received widespread attention,and their tourism development is not optimistic.The development of high-quality tourism must be the development of culture as the soul.In the opportunity period of integrated development of cultural tourism in the new era,China’s national mine parks urgently need to be transformed and upgraded.This thesisfirst sorts out the development history of National Mine Parks,and then analyzes three major problems that need to be solved in the stage of industrialization development of National Mine Parks.The three major problems are: the management system is not perfect,and there is a lack of comprehensive management institutions;The construction entity is single and the capital investment is insufficient;Technical strength is lacking,so it is difficult to make full use of precious typical resources.Finally,through in-depth analysis,the thesis believes that the driving force for the integrated development of culture and tourism in National Mine Parks lies in the driving force of tourist demand,the internal driving force of enterprises to pursue profits,the driving force of policy guarantee and the support force of outside environment.Hubei Huangshi National Mine Park is the first national mine park in China.The park’s rich and unique mining heritage and mineral geological relics have witnessed the century-old tortuous development history of “China’s steel cradle” and have an extremely important position in the history of China’s steel industry.The thesis takes Huangshi National Mine Park as the main research object.This thesis sorts out the five historical stages of Daye Iron Ore Company as ancient mining,modern mining,Japanese plundering,mining reconstruction and deep mining.After nearly a hundred years of mining,Huangshi City and Daye Iron Ore Company are facing the dilemma of resource depletion,environmental pollution and ecological degradation.In order to realize the sustainable development of Daye iron ore mining area,Daye Iron Mine Company not only actively rejuvenates its own economy and culture,but also promotes the its own transformation and development;At the same time,it cooperates with professional tourism companies to jointly promote the transformation and upgrading of the mine parks.The local government has also introduced a large number of policies to create a good environment for tourism development.After a century of development,Daye Iron Mine Company has accumulated rich and precious mining relics.Based on the human and natural attributes of mining relics,Daye Iron Ore Company sorted out the types and distribution of mining heritage and mineral geological relics in Huangshi National Mine Park from the classification standards of national industrial heritage and geopark,which laid a foundation for the subsequent research.To analyze the tourism development conditions of Huangshi National Mine Park,this study adopts RMP and AHP analysis methods to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the qualitative and quantitative tourism development conditions of Huangshi National Mine Park,which comprehensively reflects the tourism resources and development and utilization status of the park.From the perspective of resources,Huangshi National Mine Park has unique historical,scientific,aesthetic and social values,and the comprehensive evaluation score of tourism resources is 83 points,which indicates high tourism development value and great development potential.From the perspective of the market,the development of industrial tourism in Huangshi City is in a rare opportunity period,the tourism industry is in the rising development stage,with great development potential and market space,and also clarifies the overall characteristics and product development direction of the tourism market of Huangshi National Mine Park.From the product point of view,in the context of experiential economy,Huangshi National Mine Park should get rid of the traditional and rigid display,pay attention to the integration of tourism and culture,and further explore and deepen the tourism experience is the primary task of upgrading the tourism products of Huangshi National Mine Park.With customers as the service object of the national mine park,the park’s innovation in product development,packaging and marketing is necessary to improve the tourism value and tourist satisfaction of the mine relics and mining heritage.Based on the ACSI model,ECSI model and CCSI model,this thesis constructs the visitor satisfaction model of National Mine Parks,and analyzes and finds that the tourist image of Huangshi National Mine Park directly affects tourist expectations,perceived quality and visitor satisfaction,and also has an indirect impact on tourist loyalty.Visitor expectations have a significant direct impact on visitors’ perceived quality,visitors’ perceived value and visitors’ satisfaction;There is a high correlation between visitors’ perceived value and visitors’ satisfaction,and between visitors’ satisfaction and visitors’ loyalty.At present,the overall satisfaction of tourists with tourism in Huangshi National Mine Park is average,which means that Huangshi National Mine Park needs to be further upgraded and optimize the quality of tourism services and tourism product design.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,the thesis proposes the transformation and upgrading models of Huangshi National Mine Park from the perspective of cultural and tourism integration,namely the infiltration model,the extension model,the reorganization model and the multi-integration model.Huangshi National Mine Park can strengthen the internal integration of the industry through infiltration and extension models;strengthen the external reorganization and integration of the mine park and culture,exhibition,financial and other industries;and upgrade layers to achieve multiple integration.Then the thesis also explores the strategy of implementing the transformation and upgrading of Huangshi National Mine Park under the guidance of the above four integration models.The first is to integrate marketing and establish a new image of tourism brands;the second is to adjust tourism cognition and strengthen cooperation with cultural and tourism enterprises;the third is to improve the policy system and create a good business environment;the fourth is to improve infrastructure construction and enhance service capabilities The fifth is to innovate technology,improve the ability of operation and heritage protection;the sixth is to improve the level of community participation and strengthen the sense of ownership. |
