The air-sea heat flux observed on platform in the South China Sea at Maoming was analyzed in his paper. Reanalyzed data of NCEP and FNL was also used in the study. It was found that the result calculated by similarity theory of COARE (Bulk method) are different from the eddy correlation method under different weather systems. Find out the relative error compared with. This paper designed the correct processing methods of turbulent data observed on ship by using the data of'908 Special Project'observed in summer Beibu Gulf. And got the logic result of the air-sea flux in north and south Yellow Sea at all seasons. The main conclusions are as below:(1) For the fixed observation platforms, Using COARE 3.0 to measure the air-sea flux, the impact of synoptic scale system on small scale turbulent eddy is taken into consideration. The result was corrected for different weather systems:The air-sea heat flux is smaller in low pressure region that is strong upward motion at 925hPa level, the wind blows from sea to land. The relative error is 95.8% for latent heat flux and 205.8% for sensible heat flux. The air-sea heat flux is larger in high pressure region that is week downward motion at 925hPa level, the wind doesn't blows from sea to land. The relative error is 275.6% for latent heat flux and 156% for sensible heat flux. The relative error is concerned with wind speed and temperature difference between air and sea by using COARE 3.0 in monthly mean. The error range is 2.5%-43% for latent heat flux and 13%-69% for sensible heat flux.(2) For the ship platforms, the impact of ship motion on wind velocity of'w' forward is taken into consideration. This paper designed a good technique to filter the data before calculated by eddy correlation method, and got the logic result same as that after correcting measured by bulk method. The relative error was huge by eddy correlation method in special high wind speed and large swell situation. After eliminating the fault, the flux measured by eddy correlation method corresponded with that corrected for different weather systems by COARE 3.0. The data observed on ship platforms was fit for measuring air-sea flux after filtering the impact of swell.(3) Eddy correlation method was used after filtering in north and south Yellow Sea of'908 Special Project'. Find out that the air-sea heat flux has seasonal characteristic and difference between north and south Yellow Sea.
