Block Lu44 is a typical low permeability reservoir. Since the initial production stage, it's difficult to inject and produce. In recent years, it's obtained a certain result with fracturing measures, but the production decline faster, so we need to intensify the technical study, formulate adjustment scheme, improve exploitation effect, and provide reference for the similar low permeability reservoirs.Starting with the exploitation problems, I have done a comprehensive analysis in this paper, composing by the reservoir development characteristics, structural feature and oil distribution, reasonable well spacing, the adaptability of measures. And then I have put forward the suits technology countermeasure, and formulate the integrated adjustment suggestion.According to the results of this research, different technical countermeasures have be done for different area. I have designed 5 wells to reduce the 200m spacing for the reasonable spacing is 130-150m in Lu44. To improve the development effect, I have adjusted the layer from II to III, and set down the concentration fracturing scheme in Liu80 area.In 2010, technology countermeasure is carried out. It's succeed in Lu44 for 5 wells designed to reduce spacing, 53.9m and 17 layer of I class, 35.0 m and 11 layer of II class per well averagely. The injection-production patterns nets have been adjusted in Liu80 area, and the oil-water Wells fracturing has been implemented successively. The exploitation effect have been improved significantly.
