With the deepening of reservoir development and the increasing of the difficult of the development, investment and costs are increasing.Although the overall production of the Fan School oil District is relatively stable, there have been many production contradictions.such as high water content, production decline rapidly, well effect slowly, Well not perfect, and so on.To improve the level of oil reserves of spending, slow the current production of the contradictions arising in the process, to ensure the future stability of oil production continued to increase. This research studied the geological and reservoir characteristics of the re-Fan reservoir oil zone, stampled a three-dimensional fine geological model. The status of reservoir development and production characteristics were analyzed. This research identify the main contradiction and development the reservoir through reservoir simulation.programs are to achieve the objective of improving development effectiveness. This paper carried out the study area of reservoir simulation, history matching and mining in the amount of fluid reserves to achieve complete basic fitting, oil production rate and moisture content of90%or more fitting well. History matching results agree relatively high, indicating that the construction of underground geological model can reflect the actual situation with the oil field development model used in the actual production line and underground conditions. Based on coarsening the geological model, numerical simulation using Eclipse software researchs numerical simulation based on establishs the three-dimensional geological model, history matching of geological reserves and liquid production capacity is almost reached full fitting, matching is perfect...
