Along with social progress and scientific technology develop. In industrial production and agricultural production, the temperature filed measurement technology in many industries has become increasingly important role. Commonly used method of temperature measurement can be divided into contact and contactless. Contact measurement due to the need to engage with the target under test, and will therefore affect the measurement results. Some occasions, such as medium and high temperature corrosive environments need to use non-contact measurement. Acoustic tomography temperature field detection as a new non-contact temperature measurement method, in the 20th century, the development of the mid-80s and early 90s were widely used. So in the industrial furnace, storage of food, such as temperature monitoring of the marine atmosphere has a wide range of applications.This paper describes a new type of temperature measurement-Temperature acoustic field detection method. Acoustic method described temperature field detection system, the basic theory and composition. SVD algorithm using the revised index of flight time data to simulate the grain temperature distribution reconstruction. SVD algorithm using the index and interpolation algorithm to simulate 3-D temperature field reconstruction.This temperature field simulation of grain and 3-dimensional reconstruction of experimental reconstruction of temperature field simulation experiment. Food temperature distribution during the simulation experiment has been used for reconstruction of the data acquisition system uses 16 sensors symmetrical distribution of data acquisition, the actual collected data using wavelet denoising and scale factor correction manner for processing, the use of index SVD algorithm reconstruction. Experimental results show that wavelet denoising and scale factor correction data to improve the accuracy of flight time, use the index of the temperature field of SVD to higher accuracy of the reconstruction.During the 3-dimensional reconstruction of the temperature field simulation experiments, using the SVD algorithm and interpolation indices for different temperature field model, the number of different sensors, the typical number of different levels of interpolation, the different pixel grid, and so the temperature field by reconstruction experiments. Experimental results show that the index of SVD algorithm and interpolation can be carried out on the 3-D temperature field reconstruction with higher precision.
