Research And Design On Jacking System Of The Jack-up Platform

With the development of the society and the progress of the scientific technologies,human society has an increasing need for energy.Through a long period and large-scale exploitation,the land-based's oil and gas resources are exhausting day by day,and the development of this resources has turned to sea from the land.Jack-up platform is one of movable offshore drilling equipment, which is the most popular drilling platform during China's offshore oil exploration.Jacking system of the platform is an important component,and its performance,derectly impacts on the security and the use effects of the platform.The purpose of this subject is to design and research jacking system of the jack-up platform,provide technical support for promoting the exploration and development of China's offshore oil and gas.This dissertation describes the general developing situation of the jack-up platforms of internal and external,the jacking system's structure,principle of work and process of work.According to the design requirements of jacking system of the jack-up platform,It proposes the overall structure design schemes of the jacking system, it is gear and rack jacking system.Design each leg mechanical of jacking system,analysis of the jacking system's operating conditions.Calculated jacking platform suffered wind force,wave force,ocean current force.For the jacking system design and analysis of legs provide the necessary basis.Based on the overall program,it makes a detailed design of the jacking system's leg,jacking frame,jacking devices and locking devices structure.The dissertation also completes the overall strength and local strength analysis of the legs under the state of touchdown,and dynamic analysis in the transition condition.It uses ANSYS to achieve the contact strength verification of the gear and rack,wedge and rack of the jacking system through the finite element analysis,it will prove the reasoning of the design the jacking system.Designs of the hydraulic controlling system of the jacking system.which include design of hydraulic circuit,parameter calculation of the hydraulic actuator, and hydraulic pump selection.
