With the development of hydraulic jacking technology,the method to complete the overall convergence of the large-scale offshore platform through jacking tower is becoming more mature and extensive.However,The case of domestic jacking operations for large-scale offshore platforms is still blank.Therefore,this article firstly focuses on the practical case of hydraulic jacking for the final assembly of the offshore platform.Combined with the jacking case of a shipyard platform,this paper describes the construction process of a specific jacking operation,and analyzes the working characteristics of this type of closure from the aspects of mating cycle,economy and safety etc,and focuses on introducing the key equipment beam-type and cylindrical-type jacking towers in the jacking operation,and analyze their working principles.Secondly,the stability of the tower is the key issue for whether the platform can safely complete the assembly of the upper and lower modules.However,there are few researches on the stability of the jacking tower at home and abroad.This paper aims at how to reasonably arrange the lifting tower and improve the stability of the tower during the lifting process of the offshore platform.Based on the finite element analysis,a contact algorithm was introduced to quantify the stability of the tower under external loads.In the study of the stability of the normal operating conditions of the jacking tower,the ultimate bearing capacity of the tower at different heights is calculated in terms of longitudinal,transverse and oblique directions,which provides reference suggestions for the construction of the tower in the project.In addition,because of the engineering practice,the assembly error of the tower,the uneven elasticity and plastic deformation of the foundation and other construction errors will affect the stability of the tower.Therefore,this paper uses the numerical calculation to obtain the ultimate bearing capacity of the tower,and then analyzes the impact of engineering errors on the stability of the tower,including the loss of tower stability caused by the heave of single tower,single-side towers and diagonal towers,and the loss of tower stability caused by the angle tilt of single tower,reveals the relevant rules and makes reference for the construction.Finally,considering the influence of different ground stiffness at the bottom of the tower on the overall stability of the tower,this paper combines the pile foundation arrangement of a 300,000-ton dry dock at a shipyard to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of several typical jacking towers.The overall stability of various working conditions of the tower is analyzed,so as to provide reference for the arrangement position of the jacking tower in the dock.
