Rapidly Update On Core Elements Of Fundamental Geographic Information In Inner Mongolia

With the increasingly rich of geographical data acquisition means, the data production rate is far greater than that of data update, currently, the core of the GIS has been converted from the data production to the data update. The data update is relating the sustainable development of GIS, however, as a result of origin multiplication of geography data, complexity and multiplicity of change of itself, how to update the fundamental geographic information timely and effectively is still an important research subject.Aiming at quickly update needs of the fundamental geographic information, to meet the requirements of each index, including accuracy of data update etc., several update method is integrated used, according to the concrete condition, the research using collected data of current situation, selecting the latest data of large scale such as latest high-resolution satellite image data, putting a incremental update for fundamental geographic information vector data, and through the update method which makes up measuring by field operation, according to equipment and workload precision, improving the accuracy of the results as much as possible. To form a reasonable, feasible and fast update technology route, to effectively guide the work to complete the update and to ensure that the current trend of database data.Local update issues of fundamental geographic information were tested in this paper. And took 64 picture 1:1 million topographic map of Wulanchabu measured area in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for test area, administrative districts including Chahar Right-Wing Middle Banner, Wuchuan county, Darhan Maomingan unites flag and Siziwang Banner. Draws the conclusion as follows:(1)Rapidly update method of the core elements for the fundamental geographic information in this paper could realize real-time updating. First, collection of Current information about unit functions security, second, GRS authorization could ensure HR access continually.(2) Comprehensive use of several update method could realize short update cycle, to achieve low cost. First, the HR data for free, second, handheld GPS could directly carry out measure separate from the control points, Third, Quickbird data can be directly updated map compilation after shot, the linear features, the wind tram and tower which found by HR data also could directly update into the map, reducing the external sector and supplementary work.(3)Technical routine of the data update in this article was easy to carry out. First, the remote sensing shooting technology could train slightly to implement. Second, woven figure foundation of map was solid, Third, easy to operate outside.
