Virioplankton is the most various and abundant entities in fresh water. The follwing research collects 11 tested water samples from ten lakes in Yunnan province, and monitors the environmental parameters of the sampling sites, finding the water temperature, trophic level don't influence the abundance of Virioplankton directly, but can influence the abundance of Virioplankton by influencing Phytoplankton and virus hosts.The following experiments aim to do some research in the diversity of Virioplankton of plateau lakes in Yun Nan province by the methods of molecular biological technique-Polymerase Chain Reaction and monoclone. The research analyses the sequence from 11 lake samples of different trophic levels. The 11 different nutrient levels lake samples sequence were analysised by phylogenetic analysis, g23 protein sequence analysis and all of group divergence. All sequences to establish phylogenetic tree, pick a representative in each sample group with known T4-like virus sequences to establish phylogenetic tree for phylogenetic analysis, found that Cland C3 in the same branch, indicating that these two bundles of relatively high sequence similarity in the two lakes in some of the T4 virus homology floating very close. In addition C10 and C1 and C3 in the same branch, indicating that the three lakes, T4 type planktonic virus show some homology. C2 and Enterobacter phage in a branch, indicating that at high altitudes are also homologous with Enterobacteria phage.C5 and C11 showed high sequence similarity and the relatively high homology with Syn19.The research divides the lakes into four groups-oligotrophic lake, medium nutrient lake, light eutrophication lake and medium eutrophic lake. Average evolutionary divergence over sequence pairs within groups alalysis showde that the difference of trophic level and the spatial position of lakes will influence the diversity of Virioplankton.
