At present, the study of complex networks has become an emerging research focus on discrete-time systems. Highway traffic network is a typical complex network, so it is very essential to study highway traffic network by complex network theory. It has theoretical and practical significance to evaluate reliability of highway traffic network which based on the theory of complex network. It can identify the key hub of highway traffic network, which also can arouse attention to the fault of highway traffic network. It can prevent intrusion and damage to highway traffic network. It has an import impact on exploring the potential and on improving the reliability, service, attractive of highway traffic networkThe structure of the regional highway network for the regional transportation network connecting reliability has important influence, so this paper after collecting the jiangsu highway information on the base of highway network abstraction in jiangsu province for two different complex network model:constructed urban network model adjacent (A model) and the highway route network model (B model) and the complexity analysis method, the degree distribution network, average path length, gathering the coefficient of statistical characteristic value of static. Adjacent town network model is obtained for random (A model) network model for highway route network model (B) for A typical model of scale-free complex network.Finally from the complex network usually faces two attack-randomness attack and selective attack angles evaluate the whole area of traffic network reliability, using the Internet connectivity the overall effectiveness reduced proportion and global efficiency as jiangsu highway network connecting reliability evaluation index. Jiangsu highway network through examples in different attack mode, it is concluded that the reliability of the changing situation adjacent town network model (A model of random attack) showed A strong anti-destroying ability, highway route network model (B model of random attack shows), strong robustness, and for selective attack, network ability against the attack performance is poor. Finally, on the highway route network model (B) model based on betweenness-first and preferred to points based on the degree of jiangsu province, the results showed that the attack network based on betweenness-first implementation of network attack made to order the overall efficiency of the reduction effects, better than the preferred to points based on degrees attack.
