This research take P52-94, P64-93, P78-54, P85-56 in North Putaohua remaining oil enriched zone for example. On the base of the geological characteristics is that the sand is narrow and thin, this research applies seismic interpretation,detailed geological modeling and seismic inversion, and carry on logging-seismic combination detailed geological modeling, further for occupying the remaining oil, guiding horizontal well designed and improving oil recovery.In order to reflect the detail of sand body, this research applies well-seismic combination modeling technology. Lithofacies were simulated under seismic inversion constrain; applied sequential Gaussian simulation and collocated simulation for porosity, then set proper threshold value to identify the thin narrow sand.; applied probability analysis method to build lithoface model.In comparison of these results, quantify three kinds of realizations, and optimize the best of lithofacies realization.On the basis of detailed structural interpretation and comprehensive geological method, utilize the interpretation results as constrain condition and built the 3-D structural model. Furthermore, in resolve of the character that narrow thin sand is hard to predict, logging constrained reservoir inversion was processed to predict distribution of thin narrow sand. Finally, the result of inversion was used as a constrain condition in the modeling of the reservoir.With the advantage of wide spread seismic data and high vertical resolution of logging data, detailed geologic modeling method can identify 1.0m thin single sand body effectively, greatly improved the level of reservoir prediction. After verifying the model, it can guide horizontal wells design. The parameters of horizontal wells'type,the length of horizontal segment,the direction of horizontal segment in the reservoir can be optimized based on detailed structural interpretation,reservoir inversion,detailed geologic modeling and production data. The research indicated that logging-seismic combination reservoir modeling is an effective method to predict the narrow thin sand body.
