The petroleum and gas of Paleozoic buried hill is an important part of complex oilgas trap in Jiyang depression. This research is in order to found the reserves of buried hill and stabilize the exploration and exploitation in the eastern. The buried hill was the hill in the ground. Someone call it buried hill of drape-like structure. The forming process of Paleozoic buried hill is complex and includes many phases in Jiyang depression. We realize the forming process of Paleozoic buried hill have four phases in Jiyang depression. They are Paleozoic ~ early Mesozoic - fold deformation and the appearance of reversed fault; Mesozoic - the beginning of graben faulting - block period; early Cenozoic -the phase of broke- the forming of block hill; late Cenozoic - the phase of segging - the forming of buried hill. We mark off five kinds of buried hill belts. They include three different kinds of trap on the basis of the cause of trap formation. They are dimorphism hill trap>fold hill trap and fault block hill trap. We mark off the hill kinds in term of the cause of hill formation in this research. They are dimorphism hilK fold hill and fault block hill. The typical example of dimorphism is Guangrao hill. Zhuangxi hill is the typical example of fold hill and Chegu201 hill is typical in fault block hills. We analyze them detailedly, set up the geology models of forming process, and analyze the relationship of forming process and petroleum and gas migration, and describe their character of reservoir, we do simulation experiment for the formation procession of Zhuangxi hill. At last, we set forth the next exploration aim.
