Space environment is all the environment effecting based-space action, including all kinds of energy, electric particles, neutral particles, electromagnetism radiation of different wave bands, magnetic field, micro-meteor, space fragment, temperature and micro-gravity field and so on. The field that space environment contain is high-layer atmosphere, ionosphere, magnetic layer, interplanetary space and even sun. Space environment threaten orbited spacecraft' s safe functioning and astronaut' s health, influence greatly communication depended on based-space way, airmanship orientation, military detection, aim identification, weather observation and source exploration and so on by all sorts of function (magnetic storm, solar proton event and so on).With X-ray' s erupting generated by solar proton flare, X-ray transmit toward earth with light speed and isn' t effected by magnetic field of earth. It arrive in earth earlier several decades minutes to hours than proton liquid. Make use of the difference of time they spend on space spread, we make alarm for solar proton event by physical character of solar X-ray, which is a very valid means. At present we have made great efforts on radiation statistics of proton-flare' s X-ray , especially hard X-ray, and character of hard X-ray in the process of proton accelerating, and we have gotten solar X-ray' s character before proton event and bring forward forecasting method which is actualized and proved in FY-2 satellite' s alarming system of proton event.FY-2 satellite is geosynchronous meteorological satellite which is produced and lunched by my country . The satellite took the spatial particle detector and the solar x-ray detector used for detection of solar proton-event in high energy particle environment . The whole datareceiving and alerting system of FY-2 consists of three systems: the earth-based system of data receiving and demodulating , the system of data processing and alerting . At first , environment detection data is collected , modulated and emitted in the the system of FY-2 and detectors . Then data signal is magnified , demodulated and sent in the earth-based system of data receiving and demodulating . At last , data is received , processed , stored , displayed and judged to make alarm automatically by telephone for solar proton-events and x-ray flare in the system of data processing and alerting . It is important way for guaranteeing space vehicle' s safety and enhanceing antiradiation' s level .
