The Research Of Teaching Methods On University Physics

As an important and basic course of science and engineering departments, University Physics has great function on improving the students' abilities and qualities. So it is significant to study the teaching methods on University Physics.First, we explain that the teaching ideas, objects and contents decide the teaching methods, discuss the factors and problems existed in University Physics teaching. Then, we analyze some general teaching methods and teaching patterns, and emphasize the importance of culture pattern. Last we also discuss something about applying multimedia approach in physics teaching .In order to promote University Physics achieving more success, considering all kinds of factors, we should use the classroom lecture methods mainly combined with other teaching methods in many ways, emphasize the functions of physics history, apply multimedia approach rightly, and so on.
