To meet the challenges by knowledge-based economy and foster eligible talents for our country and achieve the objective of cultivating talents, our normal colleges and universities are now confronted with the following three tasks: pushing the teaching reform, promoting quality-enhancing education and improve the teaching quality in an all-round way. Therefore the reform of the content and method of the subjects should be given top priority. Based with the research actuality of thermodynamics and statistics of physical education of our normal university and teachers colleges, we investigate and analyze the teaching content and teaching method of the subject thoroughly, then do some beneficial exploring in four following primary aspects: strengthening the basic conception and rule, reinforcing the methods of solving problem for training the students' innovations, researching and analyzing of emphases and difficulties of teaching content, and expanding and foreland in the subjects. There are several innovations in this paper, these as follows: Firstly, eight methods for dealing with thermodynamic differential equations are introduced and analyzed through the research of thermodynamic equations, and the basic ideal of deposing them are given, then the basic technology and procedure for each methods are specified; Secondly, some foreland knowledge, such as BEC, have been introduced and reflected in teaching content, Thirdly, the state density of arbitrary dimensional practical and glacial oscillation are systemically researched, The praxis of thermodynamics and Statistics have been systemically summarized and concluded and analyzed, then the innovation ability of students can be exploited through many solutions of one problem, many changes of one problem, many answers of one problem, reverse reflect and designing new subject .
