The photo-elasticity experimental method developed in 1930s had become the experimental stress analysis ' leading method, but with high performance computer combined with finite element method. And the photo-elasticity method will take time and money, now it is seldom applied. So how to overcome its disadvantage and exert its advantage at calculating stress concentration factor became one new problem.In This Article a problem is analyses about a kind strength beam web with particularity pore. During the solution, based on the mixed-geometric similar principle, the different similar ratios are applied with the model. The model is made of photo elastic material that was developed with low freezing temperature (50℃-70℃). There are total twelve models. Firstly, model photo elasticity experiment was carried out. Data was drawn. Secondly the finite element software-ANSYS, carried out a finite element calculation. The data corresponding former was got out. About the ideal solution of infinite board open pore, both data were compared .A reliable conclusion were drawn the clearly strongly theory gist is afforded for engineering practice. Then combining experiment with computation did this beneficial probe and research.
