Designing And Building Of Urban Internet-Bar GIS

The modern society is a web and information society. As the carrier of web-based knowledge and entertainment information, the internet-bars have become the very important places for the communication of the people. In the past, the management of internet-bar is always based on manual operation, which brings a lot of troubles to the administrative management departments. With the development of GIS and computer technology, it has become an effective mode of managing internet-bars in urban internet-bar GIS.The paper studies the method of applying UGIS into the field of administrative management and applies this method into actual item. This paper puts forward the design aim and project of urban internet-bar GIS of Taian city, Shandong Province. And then based on the instruction of the high distinguish rate remote sensing image and the figure geography diagram of Taian city,process the image by ERDAS IMAGINE8.5. and pick-up the information system needed, vectorization and design according to themes, and the output of productive maps by ARCVIEW GIS3.2 combining with the research achievement of the internet-bar management presentation of Taian city after correction, matching, mosaic, convolution, resolution, making DOM etc. Then, the integer design and the particular design have completed and the functions of inquiry, editing, statistics and analysis to internet-bar information have realized. Some rationalized suggestions can be brought forward to public security, culture, industry and commerce departments etc. which supervise the internet-bars of Taian according to it.The urban internet-bar GIS of Taian is a new direction of UGIS applications. It shows the advanced idea of combination of UGIS and administrative management. It has very important reference worth to the development of UGISapplication.
