The well logging company will face huge market competitive pressure imposed by its market expansion. Only through apparatus technology improvement, service quality enhancement and work cost reduction, can the company win customers and occupy marketsThe instruments needed for downhole tool maintenance includ two types: one is test measure instrument for common use, the other is specialized downhole checkup instruments. As for there is a large number of and varied kinds of instruments at present, and also because of large dispersion for instruments maintenance, we need diversified downhole test measure instruments and checkup instruments for common use. The maintenance instruments we used at present are conventional downhole checkup instruments and test measure instruments. They are not only single functioned and deficiency, but also lack of function of analyzing super signal (such as spectrum analysis, phase difference test). Based on what I have mentioned above, we are in great need of producing a multi-functioned, integrated maintenance instrument platform with perfect ease to upgrade, which can not only meeet practical work calls, but also it improve furnishment technology and reduce cost. Starting from practical work, the article discusses the feasibility of measure instrument for common use and specialized downhole checkup instrument implement through using of virtual instrument technology. And more than this, we have developed a maintenance platform integrated with test measure instrument for common use (multi-functioned virtual oscillograph, virtual signal generator) and specialized downhole checkup instrument (dual-lateral downhole check instrument). It meets urgent production need as well as provides method and reference for further development and upgrade.â… .Project under investigationWe need to establish a set of well-functioned logging instrument maintenance platform. It must be suit for signal types of various kinds of instruments. It must have strict control sampling rate and precision so as to ensure the utter authenticity of sampling signal. It must have varied kinds of computation and analysis method, input and output of real-time data, which can be stored automatically. It can complete function of verification. The article mainly deals with the problems, which mentioned above and project under investigation as follows:1.Adjust conditioning and input of varies kinds of signal.2.Automatic sampling rate and dynamic sampling precision designing.3.Applied mode design for virtual multi-functioned oscillograph.4.Virtual signal generator designing.5.Downhole instrument checkout mode designing (Dual-lateral downhole tool checkout mode);â…¡Achievements1.Acquisition method of real signalIn order to acquire real signal as possible, we ensure authenticity of signal through conditioning, acquisition of signal, sampling frequency and precision. After enlargement, inspirit ion, isolation and filtering of signal being acquired (analyzed), we put it in line with DAQ in DIFF mode. We adopt automatic sampling frequency control and dynamic sampling precision control so as to avoid mixed superposition as well as to ensure a larger measuring scope and higher precision.2.Realization of multi-function virtual oscillographThe multi-function virtual oscillograph serves like conventional oscillograph through using of software. And besides, in compared with conventional oscillograph, it can serve some special function such as spectrum analysis, parameter computation, signal storing and returning and typing.3.Virtual signal generator and self-inspect systemThe signal generator being designed can generate signal of sine?wave, square wave, sawtooth wave, triangle wave and TTL level as well as generate user-defined signal. Specially, it can generate dual-lateral transmission wave mode which has much help in instrument maintenance.
