Research Of House Property Spatial Data Integration

As an effective tool in spatial data management, Geographic Information System (GIS) has become the basic platform for spatial information management and application; meantime, it' s confronting the difficulty of that from various data sources and data organizing forms. Despite of this, Geo-info sharing is inevitable with the uprising need for it, fast development and popularization of INTERNET, socialization of GIS application. However, to get genuine sharing, we have to solve not only the bottlenecks of integration of multi-format, multi-semantics, multi-temporal spatial scales and multi databases, namely, integration of multi-spatial data, but also integration of spatial data and relative attribute data. All of the problems mentioned above couldn' t be solved without development of GIS theory and technology.The problems to be solved in spatial data integration is processing and disposing model difference, precision difference, geometrical position difference and attribute definition difference of spatial data in various databases, and abstract, converse, load, integrate spatial data according to certain data criteria, consequently, realize the furthest complete conversion and info-sharing of multi sources. Data integration has double meanings: one is to process and dispose existing data; the other is to integrate and unite the processed data.This paper takes the integration of different structure geo-spatial data in construction of sharing platform of Nanjing "Digital House Property" as the case, goes deep into the theory and methods of multi-sources spatial data of House Property, business attribute data and integration of both of them.
