The 21st century is the ocean century, many countries are drafting the new strategy of ocean development. The development and utilization of ocean in our country, also enter a new stage. In the "second five", our country will adhere to develop the land and ocean in balance, draft and implement the strategy of ocean development, enhance ocean's development, control and integrated management capabilities. The geospatial data integration of ocean and land can provide the environment to safeguarding national sovereignty, national security, the coastal city's development, ocean management, urban development, planning decision-making. The key problem must be solved in the Integration of ocean and land is how to integrate the digital charts and digital topographic maps. The geospatial data integration technology is the basic means of seamless integration and sharing. This paper studies the integration of multi-source heterogeneous geospatial data, the integration of digital charts and digital topographic map. Based on the theory studies, draw up a uniform data format, spatial reference, and classification and coding standards for the integration map of ocean and land. Using the geospatial data integration technology to integrate the digital charts and digital topographic maps to the integration map of ocean and land, eliminating the differences between the digital charts and digital topographic maps, include following aspects, geospatial data format, spatial reference, semantic difference, spatial geometry. In this way, implement the integrated management of geospatial data in digital charts and digital topographic maps, and solve the problems of seamless integration and data sharing between digital charts and digital topographic maps.
