The geospatial data integration of ocean and land can provide the environment to safeguarding national sovereignty, national security, the coastal city's development, ocean management, urban development, planning decision-making. The key problem must be solved in the Integration of ocean and land is how to integrate the digital charts and digital topographic maps.The geospatial data integration technology is the basic means of seamless integration and sharing. This paper studies the integration of multi-source heterogeneous geospatial data, the integration of digital charts and digital topographic map. Based on the theory studies, draw up a uniform data format, spatial reference, and classification and coding standards for the integration map of ocean and land.
