Kinds of amylose (amylose and compound amylose) can activate immune system and induce the produce of interferon, and have very good function opposing the tumour and improving immunity. Therefore, the amylose drawn and separated from medical fungus used for prevent and cure diseases has caused more and more people's attention. However, only a few medical fungus were used for clinical medicine at present. So, people pay close attention to screening out the new medicine and looking for the new drug against cancer. We expect to find a effective way for screening out new medicine through the study on Polyporus sp.Polyporus sp. is a kind of the rare fungus parasitized the mulberry. The pure strain was gotten by organ and single spore separation. At the same time, the culture character of the fungus, the extraction and content mensuration of and the biology effect of the amylase were studied. Date showed that the Polyporus sp. can grow in and grow best in . It is coincident with the spores germinate. The Polyporus sp. have little request to the culture medium, but the mycelium grow rapidly in the PDA culture medium. The growth of mycelium is in pH 4-9 and the fastest in pH 7.The amylose was measured after 15d cultured in the vibrant liquid culture medium at 28. The percentage of amylose is 1.66%. The best drawing method is microwave saturation. Through hydrolyze ,the main component of amylose is glucose. The proper concentration of the amylose culture liquid can inhibit the virus, but it is not virulent to the BmN cell.
