Prediction Of Genuine Suitable Growth Area Of Polyporus Umbellatus In Changbai Mountain Area Based On MaxENT Model And GIS Technology

As a traditional Chinese medicine,Polyporus umbellatus has high medicinal value.At present,there are few studies on the suitable growth range of Polyporus umbellatus,especially the suitable growth area of chicken claw umbellatus in Changbai Mountain area.With the continuous expansion of the medicinal scope of Polyporus umbellatus,the demand for Polyporus umbellatus at home and abroad has increased sharply.The sclerotia of wild Polyporus umbellatus grows slowly and lacks effective protection.The resources of wild Polyporus umbellatus are on the verge of depletion.Therefore,analyzing the suitable distribution area of Polyporus umbellatus is an important guarantee for effectively protecting Polyporus umbellatus resources,guiding the introduction of medicinal materials and reasonably planning the production structure.In this paper,MaxEnt model and GIS technology were used to predict the potential suitable area and genuine suitable area of Polyporus umbellatus in Changbai Mountain area.The weight,size and drying rate of Polyporus umbellatus were measured,the content of polysaccharide and ergosterol in Polyporus umbellatus sclerotia were determined,and the chemical properties of soil between Polyporus umbellatus sclerotia were determined.In addition,28 samples of Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharides,ergosterol,drying rate and average weight were analyzed in combination with environmental factors to explore their correlation.Select the environmental factors that have a significant impact on the quality of Polyporus umbellatus for collaborative Kriging spatial interpolation,and use the grid calculator in Arc GIS to explore the quality zoning of Polyporus umbellatus in Changbai Mountain area.The main results of this paper are as follows:1.Jilin Province has the largest total suitable area of Polyporus umbellatus in Changbai Mountain area,with an area of 96 123.01 km~2.The total area of high suitable area in Changbai Mountain area is 36 047.80 km~2,the total area of medium suitable area is 46 286.43 km~2,and the total area of low suitable area is 72 512.71 km~2.Wanghelong county and Shilong city have the largest area.2.The rhizosphere soil of Polyporus umbellatus is acidic soil,and the pH range is4.68-5.85.The soil total nitrogen content ranges from 0.30 to 9.73 g/kg,the total potassium content ranges from 6.84 to 36.24 g/kg,and the total phosphorus content ranges from 0.10 to 0.78 g/kg.The range of soil microbial nitrogen is 28.59-76.21mg/kg,the range of soil microbial phosphorus is 14.23-295.52 mg/kg,and the range of soil microbial carbon is 83.58-565.99 mg/kg.3.The optimal environmental conditions for the growth of Polyporus umbellatus in Changbai Mountain area are as follows:the optimal rainfall in May is 69 mm,the optimal maximum temperature in January is-10℃,the optimal altitude is more than700 meters,the optimal average temperature in July is 19℃,the optimal slope direction is 10°,and the optimal slope direction is the north slope;The optimal isothermal temperature is 27.4℃,the optimal average day night range is 12.7℃,and the optimal seasonal precipitation is 97 mm.The quality of Polyporus umbellatus was significantly correlated with the lowest temperature in October,and significantly correlated with latitude,slope,soil total phosphorus content and precipitation in the wettest season.4.The areas with high quality of Polyporus umbellatus are mainly concentrated in Baishan City,Jiaohe City and Tonghua City of Jilin Province,while the quality of Polyporus umbellatus in Muling City and Dongning city of Heilongjiang Province,the northeast of Wangqing County of Jilin Province and the middle of Hunchun city is low.The real estate area of Polyporus umbellatus is mainly distributed in Tonghua City,Baishan City,Jiaohe City,Helong City,etc.in Jilin Province,and a small amount is also distributed in Ning’an City,Heilongjiang Province.The total area of the genuine suitable area of Polyporus umbellatus in Changbaishan district is 18 558.65 km~2.The top five genuine suitable areas from large to small are Huadian City,Jingyu County,Jiaohe City,Fusong County,and Linjiang city,The area is 2 414.21 km~2>2 321.94 km~2>1 977.14 km~2>1 867.25 km~2>1 742.61 km~2.
