Static correction is an important part of seismic data process. This article states an improved method of the normal nonlinear analogue inversion. It fits in with the residual static correction of mountainous region whose signal noise ratio is lower. The essential of estimating residual peel-off time is a nonlinear inverse problem. Compared to the maximum energy method, the analogue annealing method can achieve the best answer and avoid areal pole because it isn't affected by the initial value. Whatever the routine analogue annealing method or even more effective analogue annealing method-heat slot method, the pivotal procedure is how to control the algorithmic by creating rate of progress, In the article, improvements have been made compared to the former.Through the analysis of initial temperature of the analogue annealing method, it is considered when the initial acceptable rate of standard analogue annealing is greater than 0.9, it is well satisfied with the interspace search. From this, the initial temperature of heat slot method can be worked out approximately.Based on the experiments, many aspects have been improved compared with the methods mentioned before. And the heat slot method can acquire even better effect when it is used to do seismic data process under the complicated surface environment. So it has the potential to deal with mountainous region seismic data.
