A systematic theoretical study on the structures of the K_α and K_β X-ray of argon ions at various ionization stages and the influences of the inner-shell holes on the K_α and K_β X-ray has been carried out by using Multiconfiguration Dirac-Fock (MCDF) method. We investigate the structure of the K_α and K_β X-ray produced by the 2pnl and 3pnl(n = 3, ... , 6; l = 0,...., 5) configurations of the Ar~16+ ion and the 1s2s2pnl and 1s2s3pnl(n = 3,4,5; l = 0, ...., 4) of the Ar~14+ ion. And we analyze the influence of the high-n spectator electrons on the K_α and K_β X-ray engendered by the Ar~14+ ion. Finally, a systematic theoretical study on the influences of the inner-shell spectator holes to the intensity ratio of the K_α and K_β X-ray of Zn~+1 ions has been carried out.In the discussion of the above-mentioned questions, we validate the purple-shift of K_α and K_β X-ray with the increase of the ionization stages, and the "purple-shift" of the K_β X-ray is stronger than the K_α X-ray. The results show that the " purple-shift" of the K_α and K_β X-ray caused by removing the electrons of 1s and 2l shell is bigger than the case of removing the electrons of 3l shell; the satellite-lines produced by the most inner-shell holes (1s shell) are far away from the K_α and Kβ X-ray, but the satellite-lines produced by the outer-shell holes (2l and 3l shells ) are very near to the K_α and Kβ X-ray; the shapes and positions of the satellite-lines engendered by the 2pnl and 3pnl(n = 3, ....,6; l = 0,.... ,5) transitions of Ar~16+ ions and the 1s2s2pnl and Is2s3pnl(n = 3,4,5;.l = 0, ...,4) of the Ar~14+ ions are closed to the K_α and Kβ X-ray with the increase of the n and l quantum numbers. The satellites produced by the spectator electrons with the same n and l quantum numbers are closer to the K_α line than to the Kp line.The comparison of the intensity of the apex shows that the influence of various ionization stages on the K_β/K_α X-ray intensity ratio is stronger than the influence of high-n spectator electrons and the inner-shell holes. The 2p-shell spectator holes enhance the intensity ratio of the K_α and K_β X-ray, while the 3p-shell spectator holes reduce it. And with the increase of the number of the inner-shell holes, these effects increase.
