The creative thoughts of logicism, historism, and new historism are explained in the thesis firstly ,and then it wants to give supply the rules and ways of achieving it from the dimensions of scientific philosophy and scientific sociology .the thesis is divided into four parts:The first part stresses the thought of theoretical creation of logicism. logicism positivism insists that the experiences can be raised to theories by the way of induction, on this basis , a new point of accumulating creation has come into being. Karl popper insisted that there is no absolute truth ,any theory can be testified false, the creation of theory is a process of theory's being testified false. The second part concretely discusses the thought of theoretical of historism. Lakatos believed that the creed of scientific study consists of three parts: hard core, protective belt and revelation , the progress of the creed of scientific research is pushed forward by theoretical creation. one of the most famous concepts presented by Kuhn is "pattern", he thought that the creation of a theory is achieved by the conversions of different patterns. The third part is to stress the creative thought of historism. Mr .Larry Laudan believed that question is the starting point of theoretical creation, The process of theoretical creation is the process of constantly solving different questions. Shapere believes that all the information from one theory is gathered to form a domain of information , the process of theoretical creation is to proceed by the constant change of domain of information .The last part mainly discusses the multi-dimensional points of theoretical creation, one is scientific philosophy, which insists that theoretical creation must stick to the principle of combining rationalism and irrationalism, the other is scientific sociology, which insists that theoretical creation must stick to the principle of combining theory and practice.
