In recent years, with the development of the seismic prospecting technology, the geophysicists are pursuing the object of high revolutions seismic prospecting. The prospecting main have changed from flat layer prospecting to deep layer prospecting, from big anticline hydrocarbon reservoir to small non-anticline hydrocarbon reservoir and from heavy layers to thin interbed and compact layers. Upon the geologic characteristics of Songliao basin that have many oil layers but little oil in every layer, many fault but little fault throw, subdued layers but little structure, we study the high resolution seismic prospecting and put forward high resolution technologies and flow charts for the development of the high revolution seismic prospecting. The paper consider some aspects of the matter: 1. High precision NMO correction and static correction One of the importance taches and base of seismic data processing is NMO correction and static correction. Time-sharing residual static correction, Simulated annealing auto residual static correction and correlative velocity analysis in complex field can ensure that NMO correction and static correction have very high revolution. 2. In-phase stacking The effective method of high signal to noise ratio is horizontal stacking. Trace assemblage have some time differences in stacking because NMO correction and static correction have the error objectively. For in-phase stacking, we should eliminate the residual time differences in the process of NMO correction and static correction. Frequency division stacking, iterative stacking and correlative ordering stacking can improve the results. 3. Surface consistent compensate For non-consistency on the surface of the field, the amplitude of original seismic record have changed smartly in the landscape orientation. Surface consistent compensate can eliminate the factor of the surface and improve the fidelity of the amplitude. 4. Wavelet zero phasing The wavelet of the deconvolution is not zero phase for the factor of the uncertainty of deconvolution and others, it have excess phase. The phase correction can make wavelet near to zero phase, and improve the quality of the seismic data. Through the study of the high revolution of seismic data processing, we bring into being the characteristic high revolution technologies, and understand: 1. It is important to set up the effective methods upon the question of high revolution. It is the base of the high revolution processing . 2.
