The expression and recognition of geographical environment , the recovery and reappearance of ancient geographical environment have been focus of attention in some research fields, such as geography, cartography, cognitive science, artificial intelligence. As well, Virtual geographical environment and the expression of multidimensional dimensional and temporal information have become important research directions with the development of GIS. At the same time, in recent ten years, the research on sea level change has been transferred from traditional basic theories to application research fields. Sea surface forecast, influence and countermeasure researches as the representative of the application research directions have come into being ,which indicates that the system of sea level change research is going to be perfected and matured. Based on the research of the sea level historical change research and mechanism, to build the system model of the forecast, influence and countermeasure functions, thus, to build the Sea Level - Land Surface's System Virtual Experiment Platform based on it, all this provides an effective method for sea level change research, it is also an important research direction in the development situation. Based on summarizing the national and international present research situation and development state in this research field, this paper perfects and reconstructs the Sea Level - Land Surface's System Model, constructs the Sea Level -Land Surface's System Virtual Experiment Platform and makes experiments in the Changjiang river delta from lOOOOabp to 2030. This study deepens the basic study of sea level change, develops the using study of sea level change, and it is also an important practice in GIS technology using in virtual environment, experiment of virtual geography environment evolvement, the expression of multidimensional dimensional and temporal information. This paper mainly includes three parts: researching on the model of the Sea Level - Land Surface's System Virtual Experiment, constructing the Sea Level - Land Surface's System Virtual Experiment Platform and some application experiments.1. Researching on the model of the Sea Level - Land Surface's System Virtual Experiment.This paper perfects the Self-adapt 3D Old Sea Level - Land Surface's Change Emulational Model, brings forward "Denudation Arithmetic" of the old land surface change emulation, designs and realizes the function of "Self- adaptation" to test the result of emulation, also realizes many type of expressions of the emulation results. The perfected Self-adapt 3D Old Sea Level - Land Surface's Change Emulational Model can dynamically deduct the change of the sea and land in the coast area And by using expert's knowledge and experience, self-adapting the parameter of the model, it trends the fact history of sea level-land surface's change and history evolvement of the topography and physiognomy.The appraisal model on influence of the Sea Level - Land Surface's system change is an important supplement for the Sea Level - Land Surface's System Model. On basis of the summarizing the study of appraisal on sea level change, this model makes the numerical simulation, virtual examination, dynamic forecast as basis and arms to appraise on the influence on the economy, landusing and people because of the Sea Level - Land Surface's system change* moreover, it is on the principle of maneuverability, dynamic appraisal and visibility face, and the same time considers the difference of the economy and land using in difference area and time.2. The construction of the Sea Level - Land Surface's System Virtual Experiment Platform. This platform is developed based on the Sea Level - Land Surface's System model and GISdevelop platform and using the develop means of combining VB+AO with VBA+Arc/Info. This platform provides an experiment tool being of visibility, facility, maneuverability, shortcut and efficiency. Under the help of this tool, the experimenter can reconstruct and re-evolve the old physiognomy and sea-land situation and make other studies. This paper discusses the rule, demand, construction and design of this platform, and also provides the design and realization of the core model.3. Experiment using this platform.This paper constructs the database of the Sea Level - Land Surface's change information of the Changjiang river delta based on the demand of the model, makes simulation experiment on the physiognomy evolvement in the Changjiang river delta and appraises on the influence of the Sea level-land surface's system change in the future based on the simulation experiment and new scheme to forecast the sea level rising and land falling, emphasizes on the simulation, demo and appraisal experiment on the latent influence of the sea level rising and land falling in along time on the social economy, land using and other's aspects in the region. The results show that the influence is very serious on the Changjiang river delta because of sea level rise in the future.
