Nowadays, active learning is one of the cores in studying the quality-oriented. It is the reaction of the subjective teaching thought in the teaching field. Its purpose is to develop students' independence, subjectivity and activity, which requires teachers to design the teaching process as following: Students should learn independently and actively under the direction and encouragement of teachers. As a result, teaching benefits students as well as teachers. Researches indicate that the level of students' activity development is limited in vocational mathematics teaching. Students from these schools are much dependent, mechanical and inflexible. What' s more , their lack of consciousness and capability of active learning leads to their lack of creativity and practice ability. Based on the real conditions of the students and guided by the theories of active learning, this research puts forward some teaching principles and tactics. They are motivation stimulating tactic, learning method directing tactic, initiative tactic and positive evaluation tactic. After one year' s teaching practice, these tactics proved helpful and effective. They have not only improved students' non-intelligence factors like interest, motivation and attitude, but also help them make great progress in several aspects , such as learning habits .active probing , and practice ability etc..
