Albert Einstein, the great scientist in 20 century, not only established Theory of Relativity, brought forward quantum light theory, making outstanding contribution to the science, but also acquired prominent achievements in philosophy area, his thoughts of descriptology that is not known by many men being an achievement. Many scientific theories of Einstein have abundant thoughts of descriptology. Theory of Relativity tells us that time and space move and change according to the movement and change of substance. It is from his or her standing point that people observes thing's change. Different observer has different results of observation and description. Einstein initially brought forward wave particle duality of photons, and discussed quantum phenomena, brought forward viewpoint different from the Copenhagen School's in describing the quantum phenomena.Einstein's thoughts of descriptology possesses important value and position. Einstein's thoughts of descriptology indicate that people are always participants when they describe things, whether self-conscious or not. Theory of relativity and quantum theory make the subject's standpoint return their own standpoint. The establishment of theory of relativity is the real beginning of subject returning their own standpoint from the pure objective standpoint, and from this time, people in deed observe and describe the word from their standpoint and point of view. Mankind is no more observer out of things, on the contrary, mankind must be participant.
