The technique of abrasive jet cutting in oil well are developed to be used in increasing oil production by abrasive two-phase jet theory. This article embarks from the seepage -stress coupling basic theory, comprehensive research the permeability varying rule of rock layer around oil well. Analyze oil well output influence situation. According to the relation of active stress, enclosing pressure and rock characters of rock body, the stress and permeability varying rule of rock layer around oil well are analyzed and calculated, which explains the basic reason of production increasing after jet cutting that effective stress reduces and permeability improved in oil well. Analyze intensity of bushing after cutting the oil well, proved the cutting not to be able to have the tremendous influence to the bushing. According to above findings, establish mathematical model and use finite element analysis software ANSYS stimulate the varying rule of stress around oil well. Obtains the permeability of influence and affects the scope to the well around and carries on the analysis. Finally, infers the oil-producing mathematical expression before cutting oil well, and compares with cutting oil well. Further explained and has proven the cutting oil well production increase mechanism and the cutting to the output change influence. According to above findings, the present paper further promoted for the technique of abrasive jet cutting in oil well and provided the theory basis in various oil fields.
