Design And Development Of WebGIS Base On COM Technology

With the popular response to the Digital Earth Plan in the global, the Digital Cityprogram, which is the kernel technology in this system, is developing very rapidly.The realization of the Digital City will improve the level of the nationalmodernization, the national information and the manage of the city.It also willaccelerate the development of the economy and promote the advancement of thesociety.With the engineering background of Digital Changping, in the dissertation, theauthor uses Supermap Deskpro and Supermap IS.NET to process the spacial data anddevelop the special information spreading system, which suffice the users' demandsand is used in practice. My main job is listed as follows:1. Has researched some principium and technique of Digital City,ComponentTechnique and Web Geographic Information System;2. Designing the whole frame structure of the Digital Changping;3. Designing the structure of the information sharing;4. Designing and developing the special information spreading system of the DigitalChangping. The author learns some principium of the correlative subjects in the dissertation,mainly has used Geographic Information System (GIS), Component GeographicInformation System (COMGIS), and Web Geographic Information System (WebGIS)and so on. In the special information spreading system, the paper uses SupermapIS.NET to have developed some functions such as: Map browsing, the meagure ofdistance and area, the query of proximate object, and bus querying through the web,etc. The author simply discusses the component and the structure of the DigitalChangping System, and detailedly discusses the process of the special informationspreading system.
