A WebGIS-based Digital Community Management Information System Of Beijing City

The informationization step speeds up gradually in the 21st century, It proposed"the digital community"and so on concepts on the foundation of the"the digital city".How to use the informationization method to disposition community resources reasonably is one part of the digital community constructs, it is obviously can not meet the current need to use the traditional method to plan and manage region social resources ,so with the modernization technological ways (database mass memory technology, WebGIS technology as well as visualization technology) and so on,developing the community resources imagement system is an important part of the digital community constructs.This paper takes the Beixiaguan street office of the Haidian district as an example, according to the present problem that the need of the information of the region social resources , the population distribution and the sharing of the data between department can not to be satisfied, the research establishes the Digital community Management information System of Beijing City based on WebGIS. Firstly,the research conformities and classifies the regional social resources and dwelling houses on base of investigation and analysis,and converses the regional social resource to the spatial data, and makes the unique code take every room of flat building and every household of building as unit.Then it can build connection among people , household and address through the code. Secondly, this system made batch data processing with Auto LSP and MO and C#,and Further technical support came from the application of relative technology such as Asp.NET, ArcIMS and Database, helping to build a novle method for management the regional social resources and residents by geographic information system.Combined with the WebGIS (Geographic Information System Network) and MIS (Management Information System),this study establishes the region social resource database within the jurisdiction of the Beixiaguan street , and realized mass memory and the spatial information inquiry, the analysis and sharing of the geography information data.The system constructed the space information analysis and query platform ,which implement update, query and statistic, spatial analysis and thematic map of the region social resources .The system provide rapid, accurate distribution, the area of influence of the resources and reliable basisfor reasonable dispositionof the resources, and it stride a new step for the digital community constructs.
