The evaluation of the classroom instruction of the college physics is the indispensable component of the classroom instruction of the college physics. It is the key of the teaching quality of the college physics which is the important public basic course in the science and engineering colleges. The evaluation directing the classroom instruction of college physics is still very little at present. The theories and the practice about it are also not perfect. So the research of the evaluation of the classroom instruction of the college physics will promote the development of it effectively.Part one: at first, we introduce the situation of the evaluating of the classroom instruction of the colleges in U.S.A. and China respectively in five respects: the name and the management organization of the evaluation, the type and the structure of the evaluation scales, the content and the criteria for the evaluation, implementation of the evaluation, the feedback and the use of the evaluation result. Then we discuss the subject problem that present in the classroom instruction of the college relying mainly on students.Part two: we introduce the basic theories about the evaluation of the classroom instruction of the colleges. They include the educational evaluation and the evaluation of the classroom instruction of the colleges. Especially we introduced emphatically basic theories about the evaluation of classroom instruction of the college relying mainly on students in four respects, which are the developing history, the necessity , the characteristic , the methods and tools.Part three: we set up the index system of the evaluation of the classroom instruction of the college physics relying mainly on students. At first, we explain the theoretical foundation to set up the index system. Secondly we introduce the principles of setting up the index system. Finally we provide the concrete step in which the index system is set up. This index system has the following characteristics: First of all, the index system is set up based on the three basic key elements of the classroom instruction. It gets rid of the drawback that the past evaluation index was set up base on the point of teacher. It fully embodies students' subject status while studying in the classroom. Secondly, the index system lists indexes that students and the teacher think the most important. Itreflects the requests of the students and the teachers. Finally, this index system includes the peculiar evaluation indexes specially directing the classroom instruction of the college physics. It fully reflects differences between the evaluation of the classroom instruction of the college physics with the evaluation of the classroom instruction of other college courses.Part four: we do the evaluation of the classroom instruction of the college physics. We mainly use the index system of the evaluation received above to carry on the evaluation among some students of our college. Then we use the theory of fuzzy evaluation to process and analyze the statistics in tow respects which are the comprehensive situation and teacher situation. At the same time, we analyze the significance to the teacher situation. Finally we discuss the letter degree and the result degree of the evaluation.Part five: we summary and look into the future.
