Mirror-image DNA is one of the greatest discoveries in the history of molecular biology. As an elementary symmetry in nature, mirror-image focuses many chemists' and biologists' attention. As a rule, researchers discover that left-hand compounds are important medications, and left-hand compounds are useless, so much as unhealthful. The most chiral products are the mixture of 50% left and 50% right. The presence of mirror-image molecules is the familiar chemistry phenomena, yet the difficulty faced by the chemists is how to separate the tow substances. By contraries, the preferential choice of chirality is the natural universal attribute, yet natural biology molecules don't take mirror-image.The mirror-image DNA researched in this paper is a palindrome sequence. We analyzed the HOMO, LUMO and 20 closed molecular orbits of the mirror-imageDNA——d(CGCGCG). The 15 molecular orbits are mirror-image symmetry, and therest are mirror-image dissymmetry. The ratio of symmetry and dissymmetry is 15:7. The palindrome DNA sequence gives birth to more mirror-image symmetrical molecular orbits. This is the apotheosis of "symmetry brings symmetry". Palindrome symmetry brings mirror-image symmetry. We also researched the other mirror-image DNA——d(AGCGCG). It is not apalindrome sequence. In the same way, we analyzed the HOMO, LUMO and 20closed molecular orbits of the mirror-image DNA——d(AGCGCG). The 7 molecularorbits are mirror-image symmetry, and the rest are mirror-image dissymmetry. The ratio of symmetry and dissymmetry is 7:15. The non-palindrome DNA sequence gives birth to more mirror-image dissymmetrical molecular orbits. This is the apotheosis of "dissymmetry brings dissymmetry" again. Non-palindrome symmetry brings mirror-image dissymmetry.
