Now software systemstructure turn into a new stage.Embarking from the current WebGIS situation, this article emphassly discussesmultilayered WebGIS model including the customer layer, the service logic layer, theapplication logic layer,the data layer,and has carried on the example developmentbased on MapObject2.0 and ASP.NET. This model can make GIS the data and theapplication separated, and enabled the data to share and reusage. Simultaneously,MapObject2.0 has shielded the complexity of the bottom operating system, whichcauses the programmer facing a simple unified development environment, andreduces the programming complexity . By ActiveX technology , IE accessing localdata realized . At this model , Local com objects are updated by Web Service and ftp.At this model , a new idea named Extend_client technologe is put forward . Thistechnology get together the virtues of thick_client and thin_client . It's characters areuselize local resource and net resource at full capability and remote update local filesand software.Based on this method , huairou water resource bureau flood prevention and fighta drought and attemper water resouce was designed . By using Web, users can findinformation through this system . Any computer at anywhere on web can manage ormaintena this system . This mode is convenient for user and manager . This softwareis a very practicable operation system for it's performance credibility,function stablity ,operationg convenience . Operator can make decision or search information based onthe data that showed by this system.
