In the neutron detection technology, in order to obtain the inelastic spectrum andcapture spectrum, a high precision, a well ware, the stable voltage pulse power is notlack. Especially in the narcotics, the explosive material examination, only we mustseparate with inelastic spectrum and capture spectrum, then the ingredient content isprecisely examined. So we independently design the pulse power source for this, it hassatisfied the scientific research and the application well.This power adopt single defying type structure and soft switch technology, simplifythe electric circuit topology structure, using transformer primary inductance and electriccapacity Cs resonant element and so on, constituting assistance trades flows the network,in the switch process, adding to the resonance process, then it eliminate thevoltage in the switch process, reduces greatly and even eliminate the switch noise,reduce the dynamic stress in the switch switching process, so add a very small radiator,the power can work well. Because output voltage is very high, the switching valvevoltage stress is strong, generally about 200V. Besides use the soft switch technology toreduce its voltage stress and the electric current impact, we has also selected switchingvalve IRFBC30, its pressure resistance value is 600V, according to 60% falls thevolume to use, it can also have the very big remainder. The integrated chip SG3525control switching valve to work, it is one kind of pulse-duration modulation signal chipwhich is made by the American Silicon General Company. This kind of chip maincharacteristic is it has two groups' supplementary switching signals, 6 volts datavoltages, as well as the pulse-duration modulation lock conservation and so on. Onlyadjusting outside resistance and the capacitance value, not only it may obtain the contravariant frequency which we need, moreover it may adjust the dead time, like this wemay realize to adjust the pulse width neatly.In order to output ideal rectangle pulse, the high-frequency transformer design isimportant. Finally I design the ion source pulse power source, its pulse width time and thescope may adjust. The contra variant output high pressure pulse, duty is from 0.1-0.5,smallest pulse width is 8us, through the ion source and the sample survey experimenting,the measuring accuracy obviously surpasses the direct current way.
