With the rapid development of highly integrated large-scale integrated circuits and electronic equipment,the problems of electromagnetic interference and radiation are becoming more and more serious in human life.Through the coupling action of cables,antennas and pores,these high-intensity electromagnetic interference transfers energy into the equipment,which damages the internal transistors,resistors,capacitors,integrated circuits and other electronic components of the electronic equipment to a certain extent.Therefore,the experiment of electromagnetic environment interference effect on electrical equipment,electronic components and integrated circuits is very important for the interaction mechanism and antiinterference analysis of electronic system in electromagnetic environment.It provides important theoretical and experimental support for the later electromagnetic interference protection design.In this paper,a high voltage pulse source equipment for the front end of conducted interference electromagnetic environment test field is designed with the combination of pulse power technology,high voltage technology and power electronics technology.the pulse source index: the output peak can reach 6k V,the rising edge is 100 ns,and the falling edge is a double exponential pulse in the 450?500ns.The content and specific design of the work are as follows:The components of the pulse source system are discussed,the design idea of the capacitive energy storage pulse source is determined,the equivalent circuit is used to analyze the capacitive discharge pulse theory,and the Matlab/Simulink is used to build a simulat ion model to verify the pulse formation theory,and to explore the influence of loop parameters on the pulse waveform.A DC high voltage adjustable power supply based on MK60DN512ZVLQ10 controller is designed to charge the energy storage capacitor of the pulse source.the low voltage side of the main circuit uses BUCK converter and full bridge to realize wide voltage regulation,and the high voltage side uses high frequency transformer and voltage doubling cascade to reduce the transformer volume and winding difficulty.EMI filter and electromagnetic shielding protection are designed for the problem of pulse interference.The control circuit uses RS-485 to realize the remote communication between single-chip microcomputer and PC.The electric field distribution in the gas self-breakdown switch with different electrode shapes and electrode parameters is simulated by ANSYS electric field simulation software.the gap adjustable hemispherical gas self-breakdown switch is designed by parameter calculation and simulation conclusion.The parameters of energy storage capacitance,charging resistance and absorbing load are established by theoretical calculation and Matlab/Simulink simulation,and the device is selected according to the technical requirements such as withstand voltage power and so on.For the developed pulse source prototype test,the test is divided into DC high voltage power supply test and pulse generation loop test.DC high voltage power supply low voltage and high voltage side test;pulse forming loop different absorption load,capacitance,distance between electrodes,repetition rate output characteristic test,pulse index test;the experimental results show that the output characteristic is consistent with the simulation trend.The average rising edge of the pulse source is 99.6ns,the falling edge is 478 ns,and the peak value is 6180 V.The shape double exponential wave meets the project index,and can be used to test the electromagnetic protection performance of electronic components.
